Isha Thaimai

Yoga for Pregnant Women

“Motherhood means creating future generations of people. When you have such a privilege and responsibility, it must be conducted consciously.” —Sadhguru

Isha Thaimai is a program specially designed for the wellbeing of pregnant women and unborn children. As a pregnant woman’s physical, mental and emotional state has an impact on her child’s development, an elaborate system of taking care of pregnant women was established in the Indian culture. Drawing from this wisdom, the Isha Thaimai is aimed towards helping a pregnant woman improve her awareness and keep her body, mind and emotions pleasant. The program also guides her on how she can deliver a healthy baby and take care of the baby afterwards.

Testimonials

I had a problem-free pregnancy and child birth. Contrary to the belief that the first delivery is rebirth, my pregnancy was natural and easy. Unlike other women who had been admitted for delivery, I did not vocalize my pain, but with a smile I went through the entire process with awareness and consciousness. I worship the new life that gave me such a tremendous experience. Now my son is growing up with a deep sense of understanding and acceptance.
