Samyama is an intensive residential program conducted by Sadhguru. Participants spend 8 days in complete silence with long hours of meditation. It provides the possibility for individuals to free themselves from the bonds of karma and purify the system, opening them up to subtler realms of experience. The program presents the potential for participants to reach heightened levels of consciousness and experience explosive states of meditativeness in Sadhguru’s presence.
Samyama is conducted as an 8-day residential program at the Isha Yoga Center, India and more occasionally at the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences, USA.

Note: There will not be a "Samyama Sadhana - 8 Days" program in January 2025.
Prerequisites
The nature of the Samyama program is such that participants are required to prepare themselves physically and mentally with a set of Isha Yoga practices and diet, as well as a certain lifestyle for a given duration leading up to the program.
It is mandatory to attend a Pre-Samyama Meet if you want to attend Samyama. All guidelines to prepare for Samyama will be shared during these Pre-Samyama Meets.
These Pre-Samyama Meets are common for all the announced Samyama programs.
It is mandatory to complete the following programs before you apply for the Pre-Samyama Meet:
Inner Engineering*, including initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya
The following practices must be learned at least 60 days before Samyama:
Surya Kriya / Surya Shakti / Surya Namaskar
Yogasanas
The following programs must be completed anytime before Samyama:

Participation for Non-Indian Passport Holders & NRIs
After participation approval, applicants will be requested to pay a program fee of INR 8000.
The program fee covers expenses incurred during the program, such as accommodation, meals, bedding, and other related costs.
Due to statutory requirements, we are unable to offer the program free of cost to participants outside India (non-Indian passport holders and Indians residing abroad).

Shoonya Intensive
Shoonya Intensive is an advanced program that includes Shakti Chalana Kriya & Shoonya meditation, which can lead to a deep sense of inner wellbeing.
Samyama Sadhana
Samyama Sadhana is an intensive four and a half day residential program that is offered as a means to establish one's Samyama practices.
Bhava Spandana Program
Bhava Spandana Program is an advanced meditation program designed by Sadhguru to provide the opportunity to go beyond the limitations of body and mind and experience higher levels of consciousness.
