Isha Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, RE-REGISTRATION & TRANSFER POLICY FOR YOGA PROGRAMS:

List of Yoga Programs Annexure

1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation requests must be filed at least 3 days before the start date of the Program at support.ishafoundation.org by the person who completed the booking.

b. When requesting for cancellation, the person who completed the booking has the choice to either request for a refund or for a re-registration to another similar program, this choice must be communicated to Us in the request for cancellation.

c. The cancellation request must be accompanied with the necessary documents, along with the choice made as mentioned in Clause 1 (b) above. If we don’t receive your choice or the necessary documents, your cancellation request shall not be processed for refund, However, You shall be eligible for re-registration.

d. Once You choose the re-registration option, the refund option will not be available.

2. Refund Policy:

• 80% of the Program Fee will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received up to 3 days before the start date of Program. No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. The person who completed the booking must contact support.ishafoundation.org within the time frame mentioned in these Terms to request for a refund. 

• Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request or at least three days before the program start date, whichever is earlier. 

• For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT into Indian bank accounts only. 

• The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

• There will be no refund for a no-show.

• If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund  and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

• Refunds are not possible for re-registered programs.

3. Re-Registration Policy:

• If You are unable to attend the Program you are registering for, it may be possible to re-register for the same program or an eligible program at a later date, at the same location/city (subject to the availability of the program and seats), within 180 days from the date of the originally registered program. 15% re-registration fee and any difference in the program chosen would be applicable. However, if the fee for the program is lesser than the originally registered program, the difference amount is not refundable / cannot be adjusted against the re-registration charges.

• We will not hold your place if You do not complete re-registration within 180 days and You will not be eligible for a refund in this case.

• Re-registration option for a program can be opted only once.

4. Transfer Policy:

Transfers are permitted only within the same Venue, meaning participants may transfer between programs conducted at the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, or between programs conducted at Sadhguru Sannidhi - Chikkaballapur; however, transfers from Sadhguru Sannidhi - Chikkaballapur programs to the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, or vice versa, are not permitted.

REFUND, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, RE-REGISTRATION , TRANSFER & LANGUAGE UPGRADE POLICY FOR INNER ENGINEERING 7 STEPS WITH SADHGURU ( Online ):

1. Refund Policy:

Participants who have registered for the Program can apply for a refund only if they have NOT ACCESSED the course and within 30 days from the date of registration and payment. After 30 days from the date of registration and payment, and/or once you start the Inner Engineering Program, there is NO REFUND.

If a refund request is received before starting the Inner Engineering Program, and within 30 days from the date of registration and payment , 90% of the program fee will be refunded. In case of any discount applicable on the Program fees, 90% of the discounted fee shall be refunded. You will be able to avail the discount only when the same is announced by Us.

The request for refund should come from your registered email id by raising a request for the same on support.ishafoundation.org. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

Participants who have registered for the Program by using a gift coupon are not eligible for a refund.

2. Reschedule & Re-registration Policy:

Please note that the reschedule policy is applicable only to Step 7, Transmission of Shambhavi and is subject to availability of Step 7 dates at the time of rescheduling.

a. Participants will have either a total of 3 chances to reschedule their Step 7 dates, or 1 year from the date of registration to complete the program, whichever comes first, after that Your account will be deactivated.

b. To clarify further, Your account will be deactivated under any of the following conditions:

You have not selected Step 7 dates within one year from the date of your registration. Please note that Step 7 dates are subject to availability and may not be offered every weekend; OR

You have not completed Step 7 within one year from the date of your registration; OR

You have exhausted all three reschedule chances.

c. To reactivate your account, You will need to re-register by paying 50% of the current program fee, without any special discounts.

d. Once you re-register and reactivate your account by paying a 50% program fee, Your re-registration shall again be subjected to conditions under clause (a), (b), (c) mentioned above.

e You can start the program from the step You were on once the account is reactivated or you can start from Step 1.

3. Transfer Policy:

You can transfer to any of the following Isha Yoga programs happening at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India subject to availability of the seats only if you have NOT ACCESSED the Program. You shall pay a transfer fee equivalent to 15% of the program fee (15% fee of the Program you are transferring to) and you shall also pay the difference in program fees, if any:

• Inner Engineering Retreat

• Yogasanas

• Surya Kriya

• Angamardana

• Eye care program

For all transfers, the program is to be taken within one year from the date of original registration.

You can transfer only once.

The registration is non transferable to another person.

Participants who have registered for the Program using a gift coupon are not eligible for Transfer to another person or any other program.

4. Language Upgrade

a. A participant may upgrade from a Vernacular Language program to the English program only within ten (10) months of their initial registration date.

b. Eligibility for a language upgrade is contingent upon the participant not having started Step 2 of the program. Upon starting of Step 2, a participant shall not be eligible for a language upgrade.

c. The upgrade fee shall be determined by the difference between the current Program Fee of the English Language program and the Vernacular Language program. The participant's original registration fee shall not be factored into the calculation of the upgrade fee.

d. No Refunds shall be made once the Language upgrade is made, even if the refund request is made within 30 days of original registration for Vernacular Language.

e. Language upgrade option is not available for bulk registrations or corporate registrations.

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

REFUND, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, RE-REGISTRATION , TRANSFER & LANGUAGE UPGRADE POLICY FOR INNER ENGINEERING STEP 7 - SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA KRIYA:

1. Refund Policy:

1.1 Participants who have registered for the Program may request a 80% Refund

• A cancellation request is valid only if the Program has not been accessed.

• 80% of the Program Fee will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received up to

  • Thirty (30) days from the date of registration and payment, OR three (3) days before the Step 7 date selected during registration — whichever occurs earlier

  • No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. 

  • The person who completed the registration must contact http://isha.co/iewavesupport within the time frame mentioned in these Terms to request for a refund. 

• Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request or at least three days before the Step 7 date selected during registration, whichever is earlier. 

• For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit/debit card or bank account.

• The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

• There will be no refund for a no-show.

• If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund  and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

• Refunds are not possible  after availing Transfers or Re-registrations.

2. Transfer & Re-registration Policy:

Please note that the transfer policy applies only to Step 7, Transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, and is subject to the availability of Eligible Step 7 program dates/locations at the time of transfer. 

Transfer and Re-registeration requests must be submitted by the participant using the registered email address through isha.co/iewavesupport .

2.1 One-Time Free Transfer Policy

Participants are permitted a one-time free transfer of their Step 7 session date, subject to availability.
The request must:

• Be submitted at least five (5) days before the originally selected Step 7 session date, and

• Be raised through isha.co/iewavesupport from the registered email address.

• The one-time free transfer is available till 28th February 2026 only

Transfer from a Higher fee language to a lower fee language is not available

If a participant does not attend the newly selected session after availing the free transfer, re-registration will be required as per Clause 2.2.

2.2 Re-Registration Policy

Participants may be eligible for re-registration for an eligible Step 7 program if they:

• Have missed the Step 7 session, with or without availing the one-time free transfer, or

• Are no longer eligible for the one-time free transfer. For eligibility criteria for one-time free transfer, refer to 2.1

Re-registration requires payment of:

• 15% of the current program fee for the program being transferred to, and

• Any applicable fee difference at the time of re-registration due to a location or language change.

Transfer from a Higher fee language to a lower fee language is not available

Participants who availed of any discount, referral or promotional offer during their registration are not eligible for the re-registration. 

Upon re-registration:

• The participant's account will be reactivated, and

• They may choose to resume the program from the step they had previously reached, or start afresh from Step 1, as per their preference.

3. Language Change (Transfer) Policy 

The option to change the Program language is available only when a date/location transfer or re-registration request is placed, as per Clause 2.1 or Clause 2.2.

The requests must be submitted by the participant using the registered email address through isha.co/iewavesupport.

3.1 Below are the different language change possibilities, which are subject to availability.

• From a vernacular language to English

• From one vernacular language to another vernacular language, provided the program fee is the same. 

Transfer from a Higher fee language to a lower fee language is not available

3.2 If the change is between the same fee language, no additional payment is required. 

• If the change is from a lower-fee language to a higher-fee language, the difference in the fee must be paid. 

• If the language change request is part of a re-registration, then 15% of the Program fee, along with any applicable difference fee, must be paid. 

3.3 Once the language is changed, it will reflect across the entire Program, including the IE Online account for Steps 1 to 6, and all associated content and communication.

3.4 No Refunds shall be made once the Language change is made, even if it falls under the clause 1.1.

4 Transfer from Inner Engineering 7 Steps (Online) with Sadhguru to Inner Engineering Step 7 – Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya Policy

4.1 If the Account is Active (within 1 year from the date of registration)
During the transfer, participants are required to pay the applicable difference amount of the program fee.

4.2 If the Account has Expired
Participants with expired Inner Engineering 7 Steps (Online) accounts are required to register afresh for Inner Engineering Step 7 – Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya by paying the applicable program fee.

4.3 If All Reschedule Options are Exhausted
If all three (3) reschedule options for the previously registered Inner Engineering 7 Steps (Online) account have been exhausted, participants are required to register afresh for Inner Engineering Step 7 – Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya by paying the applicable program fee.

4.4 Language Change During the Transfer
a. Language change from a higher program fee language to a lower program fee language is not available during the transfer.
b. Language change from a lower program fee language to a higher program fee language is permitted, subject to payment of the difference amount at the time of registration.

4.5 After Transferring from Inner Engineering 7 Steps (Online) with Sadhguru to Inner Engineering Step 7 – Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya
a. Refunds are not available for participants who have availed the transfer from Inner Engineering 7 Steps (Online) to Inner Engineering Step 7 – Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya .
b. Participants are permitted a one-time free transfer of their Step 7 session date, subject to availability. Please refer to Clause 2.1 for eligibility and process.
c. If a participant does not attend the newly selected Step 7 session after availing the free transfer as per Clause 2.1, they will be required to register afresh by paying the applicable program fee. Re-registration as per Clause 2.2 will not be applicable in such cases.

Refund policy for online donations & magazine subscriptions:

Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund, Transfer and Re-registration Policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya Online Program

a. There will not be any refund under any circumstances. 

b. Refund is not possible upon technical failure on the participant’s side in terms of internet or electricity or device.

c. Program structure, program schedule and the terms mentioned above may be revised as per the sole discretion of the organization.

d. Transfer to other programs conducted by us  or to another person is not possible.

e. In case the participant does not receive the courier at least 24 hours before the Program, the participant can write to pbk@ishafoundation.org for transferring the registration to the next program from the registered e-mail id.

f. Transfer to the next Program is possible if the courier has not reached in time however the transfer to next Program is applicable upto 60 days from the date of e-receipt.

g. E-receipts can be used only once and are non-transferable.

h. Transfer to the next Program is also possible if you are unable to attend the Program due to any reason, however, You can only transfer for the same Program at a later date within the next two months. 

Refund and Cancellation policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya In-Person

The fee paid for the Program after completing registration will not be transferred to any other program conducted by Us.

There will not be any refund under any circumstances.

The registration for online and in-person participation in the Program will not be interchanged or transferred under any circumstance.

E-receipts can be used only once and are transferable upon request to another individual through an email request sent to pbk@ishafoundation.org a minimum of 2 (two) days before the initial Program date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program

• The initial payment of INR 10,000/- is part of total Program fees and shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

• 5% deduction from the total Program fees for cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

• 25% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

• 50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter.

• No refund once the program starts.

• The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

• All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to Hatha.finance@sadhguru.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Hatha Yoga Upgrade Program:

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

• Cancellation requests must be filed at least 1 day before the start date of the Program through a ticket raised under Hatha Hangout by the person who completed the booking.

• There is no refund available for this Program, once you have registered or cancelled.

PROJECT SAMSKRITI (ONLINE PROGRAMS): CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Cancellation & Refund:

1. You can avail of an 80% refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the Program start date. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Please contact info@projectsamskriti.org to request a refund.

2. Refunds for offline payments like Cash/POS will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund processing.

Re-registration:

1. It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.

2. You can register for the same program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

3. You can re-register only once.

4. Re-registration will not be applicable if;

5. 3 or more sessions were attended for the Classical Music Program.

6. 5 or more sessions were attended for the Kalaripayattu Program.

7. Registration for the Program is non-transferable.

8. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

PROJECT SAMSKRITI (IN-PERSON PROGRAMS): CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Cancellation & Refund:

If You cancel upto 7 days before the Program, 80% of the Program fee shall be refunded. There shall be no refund thereafter.

There will be no refund for a no-show

For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment i.e via credit/debit card or bank account transfer and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto four weeks for refund processing. Please allow upto four weeks for the refund to be processed.

Re-registration Policy:

If you are unable to attend the program or miss a session or leave the Program due to any reason, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within one year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the difference in program fees if any while re-registering.

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the one year period and there shall not be any refund in such instances.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Upgrade policy for In-person, In the Grace of Yoga program

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted by the person who completed the booking, in accordance with the following terms. Please file your request at support.ishafoundation.org.
1.1 If a refund request is received on or before 19 January 2027, 10% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.
1.2 If a refund request is received between 20 January 2027 and 20 February 2027, 50% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.
1.3 No requests for refund will be accepted after 20 February 2027, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.
2. Refund Policy for Programs:
2.1 The request for refund should come from the registered email id of the person who completed the booking by raising a request for the same on graceofyoga.sadhguru.org. Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
2.2 The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.
2.3 The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.
2.4 In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
2.5 The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.
2.6 In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the person who completed the booking can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.
2.7 There will be no refund for a no-show.
2.8 If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.
2.9 No cancellations or refunds will be processed for individual members of a group booking. Refunds and cancellations are only applicable if the entire group cancels collectively.

Transfer:

1. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 20 February 2027 by raising a request for the same on graceofyoga.sadhguru.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted.
2. The transferee, i.e. the person who completed the booking, shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
3. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program.
4. No transfers will be allowed after 20 February 2027.
5. Once You decide to transfer Your registration, You will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Transfers are not possible for and within group registrations.

Upgrades:

1. Only primary participants can request an upgrade.
2. Upgrades are not possible for and within group registrations.
3. The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the primary participant, who completed the booking only.

Refund for Online, In the Grace of Yoga program

There will be no refunds or transfers to any other person or program under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, TRANSFER AND RE-REGISTRATION  POLICY FOR “SADHGURU SANNIDHI SANGHA ONLINE PROGRAM”

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1. 15% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the Program start date.

1.2. 30% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the Program start date.

1.3. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the Program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program. Any such request must be made by the person who completed the booking only.

2. Transfer Policy:

2.1. The person who completed the booking will have the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 14 days prior to the program start date by sending an email to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

2.2. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

2.3. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program” and not for any other Program.

2.4. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the Program.

2.5. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 14 days to the program start date and thereafter.

3. Re–Registration Policy:

In case the person who completed the booking is not able to participate in this Program, they can re-register for the next program by raising a ticket at isha.co/offeringsupport from their registered ID.

3.1. There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the Program start date.

3.2. There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Program fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the Program start date.

3.3. No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the Program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

3.4. Re-registration is allowed for the next two Programs or for Program happening in the next 6 months, whichever is later.

Please note

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org from the registered e-mail ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.

1.3. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the Program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program. Any such request must be made by the person who completed the booking only.

2.1. The person who completed the booking has the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 30 days prior to the Program start date by raising a request at isha.co/offeringsupport. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained. Please note that the transfer request is subject to the Sannidhi Team’s approval. 

2.2. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

2.3. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) and not for any other program.

2.4. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.

2.5. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the Program start date and thereafter.

3. Re–Registration Policy:

In case the person who completed the booking is not able to attend this Program, then they can re-register for the next program by raising a ticket at isha.co/offeringsupport from their registered ID:

3.1. There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the Program start date.

3.2. There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Program fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

3.3. No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the Program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

3.4. Re-registration is allowed for the next two Programs or for Program happening in the next 6 months, whichever is later.

Please Note:

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be raised at isha.co/offeringsupport from the registered email ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b.  The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for "Yoga Sandhya”:

Refund Policy:

1. If a refund request is received on or before three days of the start of the Program, 10 percent of the Program fee will be deducted.

2. No requests for refund will be accepted within 3 days from the starting day of the Program, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

Please Note:

• All refund and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to yogasandhya@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the primary participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

• The effective start date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

• The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

• In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

• The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

3.2 Transfer:

Given the nature of the Program, there will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

3.3 Re-registration

If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RE-REGISTRATION POLICY FOR ANUBHAVA- IN OTHER CITIES PROGRAM

Cancellation & Refund:

• If You cancel upto 7 days before the Program,  80% of the Program fee shall be refunded. There shall be no refund thereafter.

• There will be no refund for a no-show

• For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment i.e via credit/debit card or bank account transfer and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto four weeks for refund processing. Please allow upto four weeks for the refund to be processed. 

Re-registration Policy:

If you are unable to attend the program or miss a session or leave the Program due to any reason, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within one year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the difference in program fees if any while re-registering. 

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the one year period and there shall not be any refund in such instances.

We reserve the right to revise the Terms of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Shivanga Sadhana

a) Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

b) You can only reschedule your program registration for the next immediate month from the original date of the registration.

c) Registration for the Program is non-transferable.

d) We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, and at our sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Shiva Yatra

a) Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

b) Registration for the Program is non-transferable.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for “Yantra Ceremony with Sadhguru”

a.    Refund Policy:

10% deduction from the total Ritual fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the Ritual start date.

50% deduction from the total Ritual fees for cancellation 30 days up to 7 days prior to the Ritual start date.

No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Ritual.

b.    Transfer Policy:

The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Ritual to a family member, relative or friend anytime 30 days prior to the Ritual start date, by sending an email to registrations@lingabhairavi.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Yantra Ceremony with Sadhguru” and not for any other Ritual.

No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter.

c.    Re–Registration Policy

In case you are not able to attend this Ritual, you can re-register for the next Ritual by sending an e-mail request from your registered ID:

• There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the Ritual start date.

• There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Ritual fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the Ritual start date.

• No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Ritual. 

Please Note:

• All refund, re-registration, transfer & cancellation requests should be sent in writing to registrations@lingabhairavi.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

• The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents ( i.e. bank details, cancelled cheque leaf ) wherever needed.

• The refund request will be processed within 24 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

• In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to medical reasons, the Ritual fee can be carried over to the next Ritual.

• In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, RE-REGISTRATION, UPGRADE & TRANSFER POLICY FOR SOAK IN THE ECSTASY OF ENLIGHTENMENT (JAIPUR):

a) Cancellation requests must be filled  before 7th Jan 2027 at eoejaipur.sadhguru.org by the person who completed the booking.

b) The cancellation request must be accompanied with the necessary document. If we don’t receive the necessary documents, your cancellation request shall not be processed for refund.

Refund Policy for Yoga Programs

a) 80% of the Yoga Program Fee will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received before 7 Jan 2027. No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. The person who completed the booking must contact  eoejaipur.sadhguru.org within the time frame mentioned in these Terms to request for a refund. 

b) Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request or at least three days before the program start date, whichever is earlier. 

c) For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT into Indian bank accounts only. 

d) In cases where the online refund window exceeds the permitted refund period defined by the Payment Gateway, we will require the bank account details of the booker to process the refund manually.

e) The refund will be made to the booker's respective bank account, whether overseas or Indian, based on the original mode of payment.

Please note: Manual refunds may take longer to process compared to standard online refunds.

f) Any refund shall be calculated on the Program Fee actually paid after applying the discount, if any, applicable at the time of registration.

g) The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

h) The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

i) There will be no refund for a no-show.

j) If you leave the Yoga Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund  and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

6.1. Upgrade policy

a) Participants may request an upgrade to a higher category before program commencement or check-in.

b) Upgrades are permitted only from a lower-priced category to a higher-priced category. Approval is subject to seat availability in the requested category.

c) Participant/Booker must submit a request via eoejaipur.sadhguru.org, verify availability, and pay any applicable price difference.

d) We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to approve or deny any Upgrade request.

TRANSFER

Transfer of your registration to any other program or person or participant will not be possible under any circumstances.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy for Deeksha Program:

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 

a. If a refund request is received at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of the Program, 20% of the Program fee will be deducted.

b. No requests for refund will be accepted within five (5) days of the Program start date , or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

c. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the person who has completed the booking can request for a refund / cancellation.  

d. In the event of a group booking, refunds shall only be issued for the entire group to the person who has completed the booking. Partial refunds for individual members within the group will not be permitted.

Please Note:

a. All refund requests should be sent in writing by the person who has completed the booking to info@dhyanalinga.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the refund request in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of request from the registered email ID, subject to all required documents being in order.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.  

e. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer: 

There will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY OF ISHA HOME SCHOOL

There will not be any refund of application fees under any circumstances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Vande Bhairavi

1 If a refund request is received on or before 60 days from the Offering start date, then 10% of the Offering money will be deducted.

2 If a refund request is received between 59 days  and 30 days prior to Offering start date, 50% of the Offering money will be deducted for cancellations.

3 No requests for refund will be accepted 30 days from the start of the Offering, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the offering.

4 In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the person who completed the booking can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.

a. The request for refund should come from the registered email id of the person who completed the booking by raising a request for the same on lb.events@lingabhairavi.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Offering due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for “Bhairavi Sthanam Seva”

1.    Refund Policy:

A 10% deduction from the total ritual fees will be applicable for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the ritual start date. 

No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 30 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Ritual.

However, you may re-register for the next two rituals. 

1.1. Refund for Domestic Payments
For payments made using domestic cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, or bank transfers within India, refunds will be processed within 30 days, provided all required documents are submitted and in proper order by the Booker.

1.2. Refund for International Payments

For payments made using overseas cards or bank transfers, refunds will also be processed within 45 days, subject to:

• Submission of all required documents in proper order by the Booker.

• Availability of the refund window for processing through online mode (typically within 180 days from the date of payment)

Refunds Beyond 180 Days (International Payments)
If your refund request is beyond the 180-day window, additional documentation from Booker will be required in order to process the refund through SWIFT transfer. 
2.    Transfer Policy:

The booker will have the option to transfer their registration for the Ritual to a family member, relative or friend anytime 30 days prior to the Ritual start date, by sending an email to bhairavi.sthanam@sadhguru.org from the email used at the time of booking. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration. 

Upon transfer, the transferee will be subject to the terms and conditions and re-registration policy and the transferor will ensure this.
The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Bhairavi Sthanam Seva” and not for any other Ritual.

No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter.

3.    Re–Registration Policy

A re-registration charge of 5% of the Ritual fee will apply for requests received between 30 days and 7 days prior to the Ritual start date.

Re-registration or carry-forward will be permitted only for either of the next two scheduled Rituals. Beyond this, the registration will be considered a “No Show,” and no further re-registration or carry-forward will be allowed.

4. General terms for refunds, re-registrations, transfers and cancellations:

4.1. All refund, re-registration, transfer & cancellation requests should be sent in writing to bhairavi.sthanam@sadhguru.org from the registered email ID of the booker. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

4.2. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents (i.e., bank details, cancelled cheque leaf) wherever needed.

4.3. All the financial/ bank charges (if any) related to refund shall be borne by the booker.

4.4. In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to medical reasons, the Ritual fee can be carried over to the next Ritual.

4.5. In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund/ Transfer/ Carry Forward can be claimed.

4.6. Once a carry-forward or transfer request has been opted for, the Booker shall not be eligible for any refund.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy for Saptarishi Arati at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore” 

All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted by the person who completed the booking, in accordance with the following terms:

a. If a refund request is received on or before 7days prior to the scheduled start date of the Event, 50% of the Event fee will be deducted for cancellations.

b. No requests for refund will be accepted after 7days before the scheduled start date of the Event, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Event.

Please Note:

a. The request for refund should come from your registered email id by raising a request for the same on lb.events@lingabhairavi.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID provided all required documents are in order.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Offering due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.  

e. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer 

Given the nature of the Event, there will not be any transfer to another person or future Event or event under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund:

a. You are eligible for an 80% refund of the Program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

b. If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

c. For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

d. There will be no refund for a no-show.

 e. You can re-register for the same program or any Isha Yoga program within 15 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee. For the eligible program list, please raise a ticket via support.ishafoundation.org.

f. For Refund or Re-Registration kindly raise a ticket via support.ishafoundation.org. 

UPGRADE POLICY:

g. Participants can choose to upgrade from lower category to higher category  by paying the differential fee.

h. Downgrade from higher category to a lower category will not be possible.

1. You cannot substitute your registration with someone else for this Program. 

2. Your request for cancellation should be sent in writing to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval.

3. If You cancel your registration 30 days prior to the Program, You will be issued a refund of 50% of the Program Fees.

4. Cancellations received between 30 days and 15 days (including the 30th and excluding the 15th day) prior to the Program start date, will be issued a refund of 30% of the Program fees.

5. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received 15 days prior to the Program start date (including the 15th day).

6. You may carry forward your nomination to the next year subject to a 15% re-registration charge. Your request for cancellation / substitution should be sent in writing by the person who completed the booking to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval. 

7. There will not be any refund of the application fees paid for the Program.

8. Please double-check the invoice details before submitting the form, since they will be used to generate the invoice. Once generated the invoice cannot be altered.

d. Cancellations received between 28 to 22 days (including the 28th and 22nd day) prior to the Program start date, will be issued a refund of 50% of the Program fees.

e. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received 21 days prior to the Program start date (including the 21st day).

f. There will not be any refund of the application fees paid for the Program.

g. Please double-check the invoice details before submitting the form, since they will be used to generate the invoice. Once generated the invoice cannot be altered.

1. Cancellation requests must be filed at least 3 days before the start date of the Program at support.sadhguru.org by the Participant or Booker who has completed the registration.

2. Refund policy

a) 80% of the Program Fee will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received up to 3 days before the start date of Program. No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. The booker must contact support.sadhguru.org within the time frame mentioned in these Terms to request for a refund. 

b) Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within (7 Days) seven days of filing your cancellation request or at least three days before the program start date, whichever is earlier. 

c) For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash/POS/Bank Transfer will be made only through NEFT into respective  bank accounts of the booker only. 

d) The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

e) There will be no refund for a no-show.

f) If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund  and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

g) No refund shall be processed in the event the booking has been transferred.

3. TRANSFER AND UPGRADE:

3.1. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Event to a family member, relative or friend who has completed Inner Engineering anytime on or before 1st Sept 2026 by raising a ticket for the same by the person who completed the booking through their registered email address at support.sadhguru.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted. The transferee shall complete the registration process online and upload the documents before 2nd Sept 2026, 2026 to receive the final confirmation mail.

3.2. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Event and they cannot be transferred to any other Event.

3.3. No transfers will be allowed 4 days from the Event start date ie. on or after 2nd Sept, 2026.

3.4. Once You decide to transfer your booking and the transfer is completed, You will not be eligible for a refund. Only one time transfer is allowed. The transferee is not entitled to transfer

3.5. Upgrade policy

a) Participants may request an upgrade to a higher category before program commencement or check-in.

b) Upgrades are permitted only from a lower-priced category to a higher-priced category. Approval is subject to seat availability in the requested category.

c) Participant/Booker must submit a request via support.sadhguru.org, verify availability, and pay any applicable price difference.

d) We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to approve or deny any Upgrade request. 

Refund/Cancellation/Upgrade Policy for Naga Panchami

Refund Policy:

i) No refund will be provided for the Ananta category of participants.

ii)⁠ For participants registered under the Vasuki, Shankapala, and Sesha categories, refund requests received more than 7 (seven) days prior to the Ritual start date shall be eligible for refund subject to deduction of 20% of the Ritual Fee of the respective category.

iii) No refund request shall be entertained:

• Within 7 (seven) days prior to the Ritual start date;

• in case of no-show; or

• in case of incomplete attendance or voluntary withdrawal from the Ritual.

iv) In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the booker can request for a refund or cancellation. Partial or single participant cancellation in a group booking is not possible. 

Please Note:

Transfer Policy:

Given the nature of the unique Ritual, transfer to a future Ritual is not allowed.

Upgrades:

Upgrades are applicable only to individual registrations and shall be requested only by the Booker. Upgrades are not applicable to group registrations.

a. If a refund request is received on or before three days of the start of the Program, 10 percent of the Program fee will be deducted.

b. No requests for refund will be accepted within 3 days from the starting day of the Program, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

• All refund and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info.bangalore@lingabhairavi.org from the registered email ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

• The effective start date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

• The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

• In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

• The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer:

Given the nature of the Program, there will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

Re-registration

If You are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. For this, the person who completed the booking will need to write to info.bangalore@lingabhairavi.org from the registered email ID used to complete the booking. You will also have to pay the re-registration charges of 5% of the program fee.

REFUND, CANCELLATION, TRANSFER POLICY & UPGRADE for "Mahakshetra Nirmana" Grand Consecration Event
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

a. All requests for cancellation and refunds shall be submitted exclusively by the person who completed the booking through their registered email address by creating a ticket at ssbconsecration.sadhguru.org. The request shall be accompanied by:

(i) a PDF copy of the payment receipt; and

(ii) a duly completed and signed Refund Request Form.

All supporting documents must be submitted along with the refund request form. No refund requests submitted through any other mode of communication shall be accepted.

b. If a valid refund request is received on or before 7 September 2026, the following deductions shall apply:

(i) 10% of the Event fee for seating categories: NAGESHWARI,SOMESHWARI,SOMESHWARI COUPLE,MAHESHWARI and MAHESHWARI COUPLE

(ii) 20% of the Event fee for seating categories: VISHWESHWARI, YONISHWARI and TRINETRINI

c. No requests for cancellation or refund shall be accepted on or after 8 September 2026, or in cases of absence or incomplete attendance of the Event.

d. The effective date for processing the refund shall be the date on which the written cancellation request is formally received along with all required supporting documents.

e. Subject to compliance with all requirements, eligible refunds shall be processed and refunded after thirty (30) days.

f. No refund shall be admissible if You are not permitted to continue the Event due to medical reasons or violation of the applicable code of conduct.

g. Refunds shall be issued only to the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

h. In the case of group bookings, only the person who completed the booking shall be entitled to request any cancellation, refund, transfer, or upgrade.

i. No refund shall be granted for not attending the Event.

j. If You discontinue or exit the Event for any reason whatsoever, such discontinuation shall be treated as a cancellation, and no refund shall be payable.

k. No cancellations or refunds shall be processed for individual members of a couple booking. Refunds and cancellations shall be considered only if the couple cancels collectively.

2. Transfer/Upgrade

a. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Event to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 20th Sept. 2026 by raising a ticket for the same by the person who completed the booking through their registered email address at ssbconsecration.sadhguru.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted. The transferee shall complete the registration process online and upload the documents before 21 Sept, 2026 to receive the final confirmation mail. If not done, the participant will not be eligible to claim the refund. 

b. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Event and they cannot be transferred to any other Event/ritual.

c. No transfers will be allowed 7 days from the Event start date ie. on or after 21 Sept, 2026.

d. Once You decide to transfer Your registration and the transfer is completed, You will not be eligible for a refund. Only one time transfer is allowed. The transferee is not entitled to transfer. 

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RE-REGISTRATION POLICY OF PROJECT SAMSKRITI'S ANUBHAVA PROGRAM

Cancellation & Refund

• If You cancel on or before  7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the Program, 80% of the Program fee shall be refunded. There shall be no refund thereafter.

• There will be no refund for a no-show

• For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment i.e via credit/debit card or bank account transfer and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to four weeks for refund processing. Please allow upto four weeks for the refund to be processed. 

Re-registration Policy

If you are unable to attend the program or miss a session or leave the Program due to any reason, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within one year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the difference in program fees if any while re-registering. 

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the one year period and there shall not be any refund in such instances.

We reserve the right to revise the Terms of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RE-REGISTRATION POLICY OF ISHA YOGA SUMMER PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN

Cancellation & Refund

• 80% of the Program Fee will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received up to 3 days before the start date of Program. No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. The person who completed the booking must contact support.ishafoundation.org within the time frame mentioned in these Terms to request for a refund. 

• Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request or at least three days before the program start date, whichever is earlier. 

• For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT into Indian bank accounts only. 

• The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

• There will be no refund for a no-show.

• If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund  and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

• Refunds are not possible for re-registered programs.

Re-Registration Policy

a. It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the Program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable. 

b. Re-registration will only be allowed when the same is applied from the registered email id used for the originally registered Program

c. If your child age is coming under Program eligibility criteria at the time of Program re-registration, you can register him/her for the same class/program within 1 Year of the originally registered Program start date. If the Program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee. 

d. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the Program is not scheduled within 1 year of the date of start of the Program You originally registered for. 

e.If the children's age is not coming under program eligibility criteria, one of the parents can re-register for any Program conducted by Isha Foundation  at Isha Yoga Center Coimbatore within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. Please note this cannot be used for any Isha Health Solutions program and a 15% re-registration fee is applicable. 

f. No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted beyond the terms and conditions stated herein. Requests to transfer an existing registration to another program may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. However, approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY FOR GEN A: LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP PROGRAM

a. You cannot substitute your registration with someone else for this Program. 

b. Your request for cancellation should be sent in writing to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval.

c. If You cancel your registration 30 days prior to the Program, You will be issued a refund of 75% of the Program Fees.

d. Cancellations received between 30 days and 15 days (including the 30th and excluding the 15th day) prior to the Program start date, will be issued a refund of 60% of the Program fees.

e. In case of cancellation requests received between 15 days prior to the Program start date (including the 15th day) and the Program start date (excluding the program start date), you will be eligible for a 40% refund of the program fee.

f. There will be no refund for cancellation requests received on or after the Program start date.

g. There is no option to carry forward your nomination to the next year.

h. There will not be any refund of the application fees paid for the Program.

i. Please double-check the invoice details before submitting the form, since they will be used to generate the invoice. Once generated the invoice cannot be altered.

Please Note:

a. All refund & cancellation requests should be sent to: leadership@ishainsight.org from the registered email ID of the person who completed the booking. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b.  The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
