This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Isha Foundation through isha.sadhguru.org (hereinafter referred to as "Organization"). 

Our Organization is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization that offers tools for the physical, mental and inner wellbeing of human beings across the world. Everything that we do is guided by these values, including the ways in which we collect, protect and use data. As a part of effectively offering these tools to Users, Isha obtains some of the User's data. 

Our Organization is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data provided by the Users of our website, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We will only process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. The protection afforded by this Policy applies to all Users, irrespective of their nationality, or place of residence, in relation to the processing and profiling of their personal data. It includes the processing of personal data by automated means, as well as manual processing.

This Privacy Policy will explain what personal data we collect when you use our website and how our Organization uses and stores your personal data.

Section 1: What data do we collect?

Amongst other information, our Organization collects the following data:

  • Email ID;

  • Name and age;

  • Phone Number / WhatsApp number;

  • Address;

  • Country of Residence;

  • State;

  • City;

  • Zipcode / Pincode;

  • ID Proof;

Section 2: How do we collect your data?

You directly provide our Organization with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data every time you:

  • Complete online forms and sign up for any particular program/offering/event that we offer;

  • Contact us offline, for example by telephone, fax, SMS, email or post.

  • Provide us your data through physical media like registration form, donation form, application form, etc.;

  • Use or view our website (via your browser's cookies);

  • Contribute to any of our projects;

  • Choose to support Isha’s initiatives as a volunteer or donor.

Section 3: How will we use your data?

Our Organization collects your data so that we can:

  • Provide you with information regarding programs, events and sadhana support, etc., that you have requested and/ or signed up for;

  • Manage our relationship with you (for example, support activities);

  • Establish contact with you through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, email and other social media platforms that you have consented to, to provide support regarding programs, practices and processes that you have registered for.

  • Monitor, measure, improve and protect our content, website, and services and provide an enhanced and personalized user experience for you;

  • Respond to your queries and resolve complaints;

  • Provide any of your information that we are required to submit in order to comply with our regulatory or legal obligations;

  • Detect, prevent, investigate or provide remedy for criminal, illegal or prohibited activities;

  • Undertake internal testing of our website, systems and services to test and improve their security and performance.  In these circumstances, we would anonymize any information used for such testing purposes;

  • Deliver joint content and services with third parties with whom you have a separate relationship (for example, social media platforms); 

  • Provide you with information regarding our various initiatives or updates on project progress; 

  • Process your donations and to provide you with the receipt; 

Section 4: How do we store your data?

Our Organization uses various technological and procedural security measures to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the personal information that we collect. We also have implemented reasonable security measures in an effort to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Personal information collected by our Organization is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. 

Once we obtain your data, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your User Information, we cannot guarantee its security. You use the Services and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us as specified in Section 6 below.

Our Organization will only retain your personal data following your application for a period of time depending on the category of data and the purposes for which we hold it.  We will only retain your data after this time if we are required to do so to comply with the applicable laws of India.

Section 5: Marketing:

Our Organization does not sell any data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Section 6: What are your data protection rights?

Our Organization would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights.  Every user is entitled to the following: 

The right to access: You have the right to request our Organization for copies of your personal data. 

The right to rectification: You have the right to request that our Organization correct any information you believe is inaccurate.  You also have the right to request our Organization to complete information you believe is incomplete. 

The right to remove: You have the right to request our Organization erase/remove your personal data, under certain reasonable conditions. To delete your profile, please email support@ishafoundation.org. 

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that our Organization restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain reasonable conditions. 

The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our Organization's processing of your personal data, under certain reasonable conditions. 

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that our Organization transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain reasonable conditions. 

Our Organization makes use of third-party services as well as offers services related to storage of user data, user authentication, user consent and user profile management.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. 

Section 7: International Transfers:

As we operate globally, data we collect may be transferred to, stored and processed in any country where one or more entities associated with Isha Foundation are based or have facilities in. While other countries or territories may not have the same standards of protection as those in your home country, we will continue to protect personal data that we transfer in line with this privacy policy.

Section 8: What are cookies?

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information.  When you visit our websites, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.

Our Organization uses cookies in a range of ways to improve your experience on our website including:

  • Keeping you signed in;

  • Understanding how you use our website;

  • If you have created a user profile and also consented to the use of cookies, we may link information relating to your browsing patterns (on our website) with your user profile.

Functionality: Our Organization uses these cookies so that we recognize you on our website and remember your previously selected preferences.  These could include what language you prefer and location you are in.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Isha Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Yoga Programs:

  • 80% refund up-to 3 days before the start date of class. No refunds thereafter. Please contact the in charge of the program within the time window to request for a refund. Certain programs do not allow a refund. See below

  • Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

  • No refunds will be made for Thaimai program

Re-Registration Policy for Yoga Programs:

  • It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.

  • You can register for the same class/program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

  • No re-registration is applicable for Thaimai program. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the six month period

REFUND, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, RE-REGISTRATION , TRANSFER & LANGUAGE UPGRADE POLICY FOR INNER ENGINEERING 7 STEPS WITH SADHGURU ( Online ):

Refund Policy:

  • Participants who have registered for the Program can apply for a refund only if they have NOT ACCESSED the course and within 30 days from the date of registration and payment. After 30 days from the date of registration and payment, and/or once you start the Inner Engineering Program, there is NO REFUND.

  • If a refund request is received before starting the Inner Engineering Program, and within 30 days from the date of registration and payment  , 90% of the program fee will be refunded. In case of any discount applicable on the Program fees, 90% of the discounted fee shall be refunded.  You will be able to avail the discount only when the same is announced by Us. 

  • The request for refund should come from your registered email id by raising a request for the same  on support.ishafoundation.org. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

  • Participants who have registered for the Program by using a gift coupon are not eligible for a refund.

Reschedule & Re-registration Policy:

Please note that the reschedule policy is applicable only to Step 7, Transmission of Shambhavi and is subject to availability of Step 7 dates at the time of rescheduling. 

a. Participants will have either a total of 3 chances to reschedule their Step 7 dates, or 1 year from the date of registration to complete the program, whichever comes first, after that Your account will be deactivated.

b. To clarify further, Your account will be deactivated under any of the following conditions:

  1. You have not selected Step 7 dates within one year from the date of your registration. Please note that Step 7 dates are subject to availability and may not be offered every weekend; OR

  2. You have not completed Step 7 within one year from the date of your registration; OR

  3.  You have exhausted all three reschedule chances.

c. To reactivate your account, You will need to re-register by paying 50% of the current program fee, without any special discounts.

d. Once you re-register and reactivate your account by paying a 50% program fee, Your re-registration shall again be subjected to conditions under clause (a), (b), (c) mentioned above.

e You can start the program from the step You were on once the account is reactivated or you can start from Step 1.  

Transfer Policy:

You can transfer to any of the following Isha Yoga programs happening at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India subject to availability of the seats only if you have NOT ACCESSED the  Program. You shall pay a transfer fee equivalent to 15% of the program fee (15% fee of the Program you are transferring to) and you shall also pay the difference in program fees, if any:

  • Inner Engineering Retreat

  • Yogasanas

  • Surya Kriya

  • Angamardana

  • Eye care program

For all transfers, the program is to be taken within one year from the date of  original registration.

You can transfer only once.

The registration is non transferable to another person.

Participants who have registered for the Program using a gift coupon are not eligible for Transfer to another person or any other program. 

Language Upgrade

a. A participant may upgrade from a Vernacular Language program to the English program only within ten (10) months of their initial registration date.

b. Eligibility for a language upgrade is contingent upon the participant not having started Step 2 of the program. . Upon starting of  Step 2, a participant shall not be eligible for a language upgrade.

c. The upgrade fee shall be determined by the difference between the current Program Fee of the English Language program and the Vernacular Language program. The participant's original registration fee shall not be factored into the calculation of the upgrade fee.

d. No Refunds shall be made once the Language upgrade is made, even if the refund request is made within 30 days of original registration for Vernacular Language.

e. Language upgrade option is not available for bulk registrations or corporate registrations.

We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund policy for online donations & magazine subscriptions:

Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Isha School of Hatha Yoga Upgrade Program:

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Re-Registration Policy for Inner Engineering Completion Program (Teacher-led), Shoonya Intensive Program, Guru Pooja Training Program, Bhava Spandana , Hatha Yoga Programs, Samyama Sadhana Program & Inner Engineering Retreat Program:

  • You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

  • If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fees if any.

  • Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 month period

  • If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

  • For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

  • There will be no refund for a no-show.

Refund, Transfer and Re-registration Policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya Online Program

a. There will not be any refund under any circumstances. 

b. Refund is not possible upon technical failure on the participant’s side in terms of internet or electricity or device.

c. Program structure, program schedule and the terms mentioned above may be revised as per the sole discretion of the organization.

d. Transfer to other programs conducted by us  or to another person is not possible.

e. In case the participant does not receive the courier at least 24 hours before the Program, the participant can write to pbk@ishafoundation.org for transferring the registration to the next program from the registered e-mail id.

f. Transfer to the next Program is possible if the courier has not reached in time however the transfer to next Program is applicable upto 60 days from the date of e-receipt.

g. E-receipts can be used only once and are non-transferable.

h. Transfer to the next Program is also possible if you are unable to attend the Program due to any reason, however, You can only transfer for the same Program at a later date within the next two months. 

Refund and Cancellation policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya In-Person

The fee paid for the Program after completing registration will not be transferred to any other program conducted by Us.

There will not be any refund under any circumstances.

The registration for online and in-person participation in the Program will not be interchanged or transferred under any circumstance.

E-receipts can be used only once and are transferable upon request to another individual through an email request sent to pbk@ishafoundation.org a minimum of 2 (two) days before the initial Program date.

Cancellation, Refund and Re-Registration Policy for 21-Day Yoga Sadhana Program

You can avail an 80% refund up to 4 or more days before start date of the program you have registered for.

There will be no refund thereafter.

It may be possible to re-register for the same program later if you are unable to attend the program as scheduled. A re-registration fee of 15% of the program fee will need to be paid along with any difference in program fees (if the fees have increased).

You cannot take part if you test positive for COVID-19 any time after the payment is made. However, your registration is valid for one year and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming 21-day Yoga Sadhana programs over the following 12 months from the start date of the 21-day Yoga Sadhana that you originally registered for.

In case you leave the program for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund. This will be considered as a cancellation of your registration.

For online payments, the refund will be returned to the source account. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process the refund.

There will be no refund for no-show.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program 2024

  • 5% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

  • 25% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

  • 50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter.

  • No refund once the program starts.

  • The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

  • All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to hys.finance@ishahathayoga.com. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

PROJECT SAMSKRITI (ONLINE PROGRAMS): CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Cancellation & Refund:

  1. You can avail of an 80% refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the Program start date. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Please contact info@projectsamskriti.org to request a refund.

  2. Refunds for offline payments like Cash/POS will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund processing.

Re-registration:

  1. It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.

  2. You can register for the same program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

  3. You can re-register only once.

  4. Re-registration will not be applicable if;

  5. 3 or more sessions were attended for the Classical Music Program.

  6. 5 or more sessions were attended for the Kalaripayattu Program.

  7. Registration for the Program is non-transferable.

  8. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

PROJECT SAMSKRITI (IN-PERSON PROGRAMS): CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Cancellation & Refund:

If You cancel upto 7 days before the Program, 80% of the Program fee shall be refunded. There shall be no refund thereafter.

There will be no refund for a no-show

For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment i.e via credit/debit card or bank account transfer and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto four weeks for refund processing. Please allow upto four weeks for the refund to be processed.

Re-registration Policy:

If you are unable to attend the program or miss a session or leave the Program due to any reason, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within one year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the difference in program fees if any while re-registering.

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the one year period and there shall not be any refund in such instances.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer policy for In-person, In the Grace of Yoga program

a. If a refund request is received on or before 10 January 2025, 10% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.

b. If a refund request is received between 11 January and 10 February 2025, 50% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.

c. No requests for refund will be accepted after 10 February 2025, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

d. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the primary participants can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.   

Please Note:

a. The request for refund should come from your registered email id by raising a request for the same  on support.ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.  

e. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer: 

a. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 16 February 2025 by raising a request for the same on support.ishafoundation.org.  No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted. 

b. The transferee shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

c. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program. 

d. No transfers will be allowed after 16 February 2025.

Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy for “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program”

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

a. 15% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

b. 30% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

c. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

2. Transfer Policy:

a. The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 14 days prior to the program start date by sending an email to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

b. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

c. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program” and not for any other program.

d. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.

e. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 14 days to the program start date and thereafter.

Please Note:

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for "Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Program":

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. 10% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

  2. 50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

  3. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

 Transfer Policy:

  1. The Participant has the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 30 days prior to the program start date by raising a request at isha.co/offeringsupport .

  2. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained. Please note that the transfer request is subject to the Sannidhi Team’s approval. 

  3. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

  4. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) and not for any other program.

  5. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.

  6. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the program start date and thereafter.

Re–Registration Policy:
In case you are not able to attend this program, you can re-register for the next program by raising a ticket at isha.co/offeringsupport from your registered ID:

  1. There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

  2. There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Program fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

  3. No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program

  4. Re-registration is allowed for the next two Programs or for Program happening in the next 6 months, whichever is later.

Please Note:

  1.  All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be raised at isha.co/offeringsupport from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

  2.  The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

  3. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.

  4. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

  5. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.

Cancellation, Refund & Re-Registration Policy for Samyama Sadhana 8-day Program in Jan 2024:

1.1   You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 4 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

1.2 If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the Samyama Sadhana 5-day program at a later date within 1 year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fee if any.

1.3   If you test positive for COVID-19 any time after the payment is made, it will not be possible for you to participate in the Program. However, your registration is valid for 1 year and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming Programs at the Isha Yoga Center after 3 months from the time of testing COVID positive and until 1 year following the start date of the program that you registered for. There will not be any charges for re-registration. However, you will need to pay the difference in program fee if any. Also, please note that there will not be any refund if you register for a program whose fee is lower than the original program.

1.4 If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

1.5   For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

1.6   There will be no refund for a no-show.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for "Yoga Sandhya”:

Refund Policy:

  1. If a refund request is received on or before three days of the start of the Program, 10 percent of the Program fee will be deducted.

  2. No requests for refund will be accepted within 3 days from the starting day of the Program, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  • The effective start date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

  • The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

  • In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

  • The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

3.2 Transfer:

Given the nature of the Program, there will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

3.3 Re-registration

If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. For this You will need to write to yogasandhya@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the primary participant. You will also have to pay the re-registration charges of 5% of the program fee.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, RE-REGISTRATION, UPGRADE AND TRANSFER POLICY FOR MARGAZHI SADHANA

1.1 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1.1.1 Participants are eligible for an 80% refund up- to 3 days before the start date of the program (batch selected). 

1.1.2 Re-registration for this Program is not allowed

1.1.3 If you leave the Program for any reason , you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

1.1.4 For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

1.1.5 There will be no refund for a no-show.

1.2 Upgrade:

1.2.1 Upgrade of categories/ higher Sadhana period is allowed until 3 days before the Batch start date of the registered category/ sadhana Period, only to a category/ sadhana period which has not started. 

For example : if a participant has registered for Bhoomi 7 days starting 25th December 2024, he is eligible to upgrade his category / sadhana period to any higher category / Sadhana period. if the participant requests on 22nd December 2024. He can upgrade to a category where the sadhana period has not yet started for example Jala : 7 days which will start from 30th December 2024

1.2.2 After the batch starts, upgrades can be done only for the Sadhana Period that has not started. 

For example, if a Participant opted for Bhoomi 7 days starting 25th December and he is placing a request on or after 26th December, he can place a request to upgrade only for Sadhana where start date is after 26th December 

1.2.3 After registering, if a participant does not show up for the entire Sadhana Period, no refund will be given.

1.2.4 Participants may still be permitted to join at the start of the next Sadhana Period(s) even if they were unable to attend at the beginning of the previous one. However, they can only do so inside the series they have registered for.

1.2.5 Once the Batch starts, transferring from one category to another is allowed with the below mentioned condition. i.e. transferring from Bhoomi category to Jala or vice versa.

a. If the necessary facilities and arrangements are available in the new category series.

b. Participants will have to pay the full amount for the new category. There will be no refund for the category that was booked already.

c. Participants can join only when the next Sadhana Period starts. They cannot join in between days.

  e.g. If a participant has registered Bhoomi 21 day, after the Series  started, if they want to change it to Agni 7 Day,

d. Participant needs to pay for Agni 7 Day

e. No Refund will be given or they cannot use the amount paid  for Bhoomi 21 day for participating in Agni 7 Day

f. Participants can join only when the Agni 7 Day selected batch starts.

1.3 Transfer

1.3.1 Transfer of registration to another participant is not allowed.

1.3.2 Transfer to any other program of Isha Foundation is not allowed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Guru Mahima with Sadhguru In-person Program

a. If a refund request is received on or before 13 February 2025, 15% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.

b. No requests for refund will be accepted after 13 February 2025, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

a. All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to 7percent@ishafoundation.org from registered email id. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.  

e. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from  where the original payment was made.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RE-REGISTRATION POLICY FOR ANUBHAVA- IN OTHER CITIES PROGRAM

Cancellation & Refund:

  • If You cancel upto 7 days before the Program,  80% of the Program fee shall be refunded. There shall be no refund thereafter.

  • There will be no refund for a no-show

  • For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment i.e via credit/debit card or bank account transfer and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto four weeks for refund processing. Please allow upto four weeks for the refund to be processed. 

Re-registration Policy:

If you are unable to attend the program or miss a session or leave the Program due to any reason, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within one year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the difference in program fees if any while re-registering. 

Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the one year period and there shall not be any refund in such instances.

We reserve the right to revise the Terms of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for "Shivabharanam - Installation of Mahashula and Nandi  at Sadhguru Sannidhi Bengaluru” 

Refund Policy:

Participant registration - India & Overseas

     If a refund request is received on or before 4th January 2024, the Program fee deducted for cancellations would be 25%.

The remaining program fee refund will be processed within 30 days.

     No requests for refund will be accepted after 4th January 2024, or for a no-show or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

 

Transfer Policy:

     Given the nature of the unique event, transfer to a future program or event is not allowed.

For those who test positive for COVID-19 before the event:

  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and a refund request is received between 6th January 2024 and 13th January 2024, the cancellation fee deducted would be 20%

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY FOR PANCHA BHUTA KRIYA WITH SADHGURU DURING MAHASHIVRATRI

  There shall be no refund for this Program under any circumstances.

       Transfer of Registration

a. If for any reason you are unable to attend the online program scheduled for 26th February, 2025, you will be eligible to transfer your registration to the subsequent monthly Pancha Bhuta Kriya program occurring within the following 2 months.

b. To initiate a transfer request, please email pbkwithsadhguru@sadhguru.org no later than 23 February 2025.

c. Please note that any requests for transferring your registration after the specified date of 23 February 2025 will not be considered or accepted.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for “Yantra Ceremony with      Sadhguru”

a.    Refund Policy:

10% deduction from the total Ritual fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the Ritual start date.

50% deduction from the total Ritual fees for cancellation 30 days up to 7 days prior to the Ritual start date.

No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Ritual.

b.    Transfer Policy:

The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Ritual to a family member, relative or friend anytime 30 days prior to the Ritual start date, by sending an email to registrations@lingabhairavi.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Yantra Ceremony with Sadhguru” and not for any other Ritual.

No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter.

c.    Re–Registration Policy

In case you are not able to attend this Ritual, you can re-register for the next Ritual by sending an e-mail request from your registered ID:

  • There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the Ritual start date.

  • There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Ritual fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the Ritual start date.

  • No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the Ritual start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Ritual. 

Please Note:

  • All refund, re-registration, transfer & cancellation requests should be sent in writing to registrations@lingabhairavi.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

  • The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents ( i.e. bank details, cancelled cheque leaf ) wherever needed.

  • The refund request will be processed within 24 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

  • In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to medical reasons, the Ritual fee can be carried over to the next Ritual.

  • In case you are not allowed to continue the Ritual due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

b. If a refund request is received on or before 9 March 2025 for EOE program only, a 20% deduction of the Program fee will be applied for cancellations.

c. Participants who have registered for the combination of EOE plus IE 7 steps program, can apply for a refund with the below conditions:-  i. If a refund request is received on or before 9 March 2025, and you have not accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, within 30 days from the date of registration and payment, a 20% deduction of the EOE plus IE 7 steps program fee will be applied for cancellations. 

   ii. If a refund request is received on or before 9 March 2025, and you haven't accessed the IE 7 steps program, after 30 days from the date of registration and payment, there is NO REFUND for IE 7 Steps Program. You may be eligible for refund of EOE program only. i.e. 20% deduction of the Program fee for EOE plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

 iii. If a refund request is received on or before 9 March 2025, and you have accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, a 20% deduction of the Program fee for EOE plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

The combination of EOE  and IE 7 Steps Program fees includes fees for the IE 7 Steps Program in English (INR 4,000/-) or  IE 7 Steps Program in Indian Vernacular Languages (INR 2,000/-) (whichever is applicable).

To further clarify above,  in case of a refund, You will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the EOE Program Fees only after deducting the IE 7 Steps Program fees. For example, if the Yamuna Category Program Fees are INR 6,000, you will be eligible for a refund of INR. 1,600 only.

The refund amount will be calculated on program fees paid after the discount. The discount varies at times if any applicable.

b. If a refund request is received on or before 30 March 2025 for EOE program only, a 20% deduction of the Program fee will be applied for cancellations.

c. Participants who have registered for the combination of EOE plus IE 7 steps program, can apply for a refund with the below conditions:-

 i. If a refund request is received on or before 30 March 2025, and you have not accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, within 30 days from the date of registration and payment, a 20% deduction of the EOE plus IE 7 steps program fee will be applied for cancellations. 

 ii. If a refund request is received on or before 30 March 2025, and you haven't accessed the IE 7 steps program, after 30 days from the date of registration and payment, there is NO REFUND for IE 7 Steps Program. You may be eligible for refund of EOE program only. i.e. 20% deduction of the Program fee for EOE plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

 iii. If a refund request is received on or before 30 March 2025, and you have accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, a 20% deduction of the Program fee for EOE plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

The combination of EOE  and IE 7 Steps Program fees includes fees for the IE 7 Steps Program in English (INR 4,000/-) or  IE 7 Steps Program in Indian Vernacular Languages (INR 2,000/-) (whichever is applicable).

To further clarify above,  in case of a refund, You will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the EOE Program Fees only after deducting the IE 7 Steps Program fees. For example, if the Hemavati Category Program Fees are INR 7,000, you will be eligible for a refund of INR. 2,400 only.

The refund amount will be calculated on program fees paid after the discount. The discount varies at times if any applicable.

a. All cancellation requests should be raised at isha.co/eoesupport No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

Transfer to Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment Program

i. You have the option of transferring Your registration to the Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment program, anytime on or before 9th March 2025 for Delhi EOE programs by raising a request at isha.co/eoesupport. No other mode of communication for transfer  requests will be accepted. 

ii. There will be an additional 15% re-registration fee and the difference amount between the original program and the subsequent Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment program you choose to transfer to, as applicable at time of transfer.

Please note the 15% re-registration fee will be calculated on the total fee of the subsequent EOE Program to which you choose to transfer your registration.

iii. Transfer will be allowed for the Delhi EOE program which are scheduled on 15th  March, 2025.

Please note the terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program. 

  1. No transfers will be allowed after 9th March 2025 for Delhi EOE programs.

  2. Please note once You decide to transfer Your registration to a program, You will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. If there are no subsequent programs, no transfer is applicable after 30 March 2025.

  4. If the transfer is to a lower seating category then the difference of the amount is not refundable. 

iv. Transfer of program registration to another participant is not allowed.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY FOR SADHGURUVUDAN GYANAM DHYANAM ANANDHAM WITH SADHGURU

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 

a. No requests for refund will be accepted after 29th July 2024, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

b. If a refund request is received on or before 28th July 2024, and you have not accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, a 20% deduction of the Program fee will be applied for cancellations.

c. If a refund request is received on or before 28th July 2024, and you have accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, a 20% deduction of the Program fee for Sadhguruvudan Gyanam Dhyanam Anandham (SGDA) plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

 The combination of SGDA  and IE 7 Steps Program fee includes fees for the IE 7 Steps Program in English (Rs 4,000/-) or  IE 7 Steps Program in Indian Vernacular Languages (Rs. 2,000/-) (whichever is applicable) .

To further clarify above,  in case of a refund, You will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the SGDA Program Fees only after deducting the IE 7 Steps Program fees. For example, if the Manasaroovar Category Program Fees are Rs. 10,500/- you will be eligible for a refund of Rs. 6,800 only.

d. No refund is applicable for “Donate as you wish” Category.

e. The terms mentioned above may be revised as per the sole discretion of the organization

You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to anybody else for the same SGDA program,  anytime on or before  28th July 2024 by sending an email to chennai@isha.sadhguru.org.  No other mode of communication for transfer  requests will be accepted.. Transfer of this SGDA program is possible to another person only if they meet the program prerequisites.

c. No transfers will be allowed after 28th July 2024.

d. E-receipts can be used only once and are non-transferable.

e. Transfer is not possible for the combination of SGDA + IE 7 Steps Online  category. 

f. Please note once You decide to transfer Your registration to another person, You will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note the terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program. 

Upgrades: 

a. Only the participants can request an upgrade.

b. The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the participant only.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Deeksha:

  1. If a refund request is received on or before three days of the start of the Program, 10 percent of the Program fee will be deducted.

  2. No requests for refund will be accepted within 3 days from the starting day of the Program, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  3. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the primary participants can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.

c. In case of the combination of EOE  and IE 7 Steps Program, If a refund request is received on or before 7 December 2024, and you have accessed the IE 7 Steps Program, a 20% deduction of the Program fee for EOE plus the full fees of IE 7 Steps will be applied for cancellations.

The combination of EOE  and IE 7 Steps Program fees includes fees for the IE 7 Steps Program in English (INR 4,000/-) or  IE 7 Steps Program in Indian Vernacular Languages (INR 2,000/-) (whichever is applicable).

To further clarify above,  in case of a refund, you will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the EOE Program Fees only after deducting the IE 7 Steps Program fees. For example, if the Yamuna Category Program Fees are INR 6,500, you will be eligible for a refund of INR. 2000 only.

The refund amount will be calculated on program fees paid after the discount. The discount varies at times if any applicable.

Please Note:

a. All cancellation requests should be raised at isha.co/eoesupport No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted. 

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

d. In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.  

e. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer to subsequent Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment Program

a. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to any of the subsequent Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment program,  anytime on or before  7 December 2024 by raising a request at isha.co/eoesupport. No other mode of communication for transfer  requests will be accepted. 

b. There will be an additional 15% re-registration fee and the difference amount between the original program and the subsequent Soak in the Ecstasy of Enlightenment program you choose to transfer to, as applicable at time of transfer.

Please note the 15% re-registration fee will be calculated on the total fee of the subsequent EOE Program to which you choose to transfer your registration.

c. Transfer will be allowed only for the following EOE programs happening in India.

Please note the terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program. 

a. No transfers will be allowed after 7 December 2024.

b. Please note once You decide to transfer Your registration to a subsequent EOE program, You will not be eligible for a refund.

There will not be any refund of application fees under any circumstances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Vande Bhairavi

a. If a refund request is received on or before 21st September 2024, 50% of the Offering money will be deducted.

b. No requests for refund will be accepted after 21st September, 2024 or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Offering.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY FOR SAMYAMA ( Only for Overseas Participants) :

a. You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

b. If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 12 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fees if any.

c. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 12 month period.

d. You can re-register for the program only once. But if you don't attend after re-registering, your next registration will be treated as new.

e. If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

f. For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

g. There will be no refund for a no-show

Transfer 

Given the nature of the Event, there will not be any transfer to another person or future Event or event under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY FOR MAKARA SANKRANTI

  1. Refund Policy:

A. Participant registration - India 

     If a refund request is received on or before 3rd January 2025, the Program fee deducted for cancellations would be 25%.

The remaining program fee refund will be processed within 30 days.

     No requests for refund will be accepted after 3rd January 2025, or for a no-show or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

2. Transfer Policy:

     Given the nature of the unique Event, transfer to a future program or Event is not allowed.

Please Note:

All refund and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi.blr@isha.sadhguru.org from the same email ID that was used to register. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.

In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of the code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
