Bharatanatyam is considered the oldest of all classical dance forms in the country. Practicing this art is known to have a positive impact on one’s body and mind.
Among the oldest martial arts in the world, Kalaripayattu is said to be the basis for other South Asian arts of combat. It is well known for establishing robust physical and mental health.
