Terms & Conditions

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Isha Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Yoga Programs:

  • 80% refund up-to 3 days before start date of class. No refunds thereafter. Please contact the in charge of the program within the time window to request for a refund. Certain programs do not allow a refund. See below

  • Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow upto 4 weeks for refund processing

  • No refunds will be made for Thaimai and Inner Engineering Online program

Re-Registration Policy for Yoga Programs:

  • It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.

  • You can register for the same class/program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

  • No re-registration is applicable for Thaimai program and Inner Enginerring Online program. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the six month period

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Inner Engineering Online:

  • There will be no refunds for this course. This online course may be completed at your own pace anytime within thirty days from the date of payment. Access to the program will expire after thirty days.

  • To participate in advanced programs which require an Inner Engineering prerequisite, you will need to complete the "Inner Engineering Completion" program in addition to the online course. The Inner Engineering Completion program is not available at this time and will be scheduled in the near future.

  • Gift Registrations are non-refundable and they must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.

  • Gift Registrations can only be redeemed by a recipient in the same country as the person gifting.

Refund policy for online donations & magazine subscriptions:

Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Isha School of Hatha Yoga Upgrade Program:

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Re-Registration Policy for Inner Engineering Completion Program (Teacher-led), Shoonya Intensive Program, Guru Pooja Training Program, Bhava Spandana , Hatha Yoga Programs, Samyama Sadhana Program & Inner Engineering Retreat Program:

  • You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

  • If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fees if any.

  • Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 month period

  • If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

  • For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

  • There will be no refund for a no-show.

Refund and Cancellation policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya Online

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Refund and Cancellation policy for Pancha Bhuta Kriya In-Person

The fee paid for the Program after completing registration will not be transferred to any other program conducted by Us.

There will not be any refund under any circumstances.

The registration for online and in-person participation in the Program will not be interchanged or transferred under any circumstance.

E-receipts can be used only once and are transferable upon request to another individual through an email request sent to pbk@ishafoundation.org a minimum of 2 (two) days before the initial Program date.

Cancellation, Refund and Re-Registration Policy for 21-Day Yoga Sadhana Program

You can avail an 80% refund up to 4 or more days before start date of the program you have registered for.

There will be no refund thereafter.

It may be possible to re-register for the same program later if you are unable to attend the program as scheduled. A re-registration fee of 15% of the program fee will need to be paid along with any difference in program fees (if the fees have increased).

You cannot take part if you test positive for COVID-19 any time after the payment is made. However, your registration is valid for one year and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming 21-day Yoga Sadhana programs over the following 12 months from the start date of the 21-day Yoga Sadhana that you originally registered for.

In case you leave the program for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund. This will be considered as a cancellation of your registration.

For online payments, the refund will be returned to the source account. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process the refund.

There will be no refund for no-show.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Sadhguru Offers Inner Engineering Completion Online

  1. Participants who have registered for the Program can apply for a refund only if they have NOT accessed the Program.

  2. If a refund request is received on or before 3 days prior to the start date of the Program, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. The email requesting the refund should be sent from your registered email ID to india.iec@innerengineering.com.

  3. It may be possible to re-register for the same Program within 6 months from the start date of the Program that you originally enrolled for if you are unable to attend the Program. You can re-register with a 15% re-registration fee in addition to the difference in program fees, if any. You can also re-register for any of the following Isha Yoga programs subject to availability:

    • Inner Engineering 7-day Program (English or Vernacular language)

    • Inner Engineering 4-day Program (English)

    • Inner Engineering Completion (Teacher-led program) (English or vernacular language)

    • Yogasanas

    • Surya Kriya

    • Angamardana

    • Eye Care Program

  4. You can re-register only once.

  5. Registration for the Program is non-transferable.

  6. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, and at our sole discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Inner Engineering Inclusive:

  1. Participants who have registered for the Inner Engineering Inclusive - Inner Engineering Online + Inner Engineering Completion Online - program can apply for a refund only if they have not accessed the Inner Engineering Online course. Once you login/start the Inner Engineering Online course, there is no refund.

  2. If a refund request is received before logging in/starting Inner Engineering Online, 50% of the program fee will be refunded.

  3. The request for refund should come from your registered email id to india.iec@innerengineering.com.

  4. After choosing the dates for Inner Engineering Completion Online, if you are unable to attend the program, you can re-register by choosing another date for Inner Engineering Completion Online within 6 months from the start date of the Program. You can re-register with a 15% re-registration fee.

  5. You can also re-register for any of the following Isha Yoga programs subject to availability of the seats only if you have not accessed the Inner Engineering Online course. You shall also pay the difference in program fees, if any:

    • Inner Engineering 7-day program (English or Vernacular language)

    • Inner Engineering 4-day program (English)

    • Yogasanas

    • Surya Kriya

    • Angamardana

    • Eye Care Program

  6. You can re-register only once.

  7. If you are unable to choose the dates for the Inner Engineering Completion Online within 1 year of registering for Inner Engineering Inclusive, your registration will be cancelled without refund and you will have to register again if you wish to participate in the Program.

  8. The registration is non transferable.

  9. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program 2023.

Program fee cancellation charges:

  • 5% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

  • 25% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

  • 50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter.

  • No refund once the program starts.

Cottage Rent - Cancellation & Refund Policy for participants of  Isha Hata Yoga Teachers Traning Program 2023.

E. Refund shall be through the same mode as that received by Isha. A reasonable time is to be allowed for the refund, not exceeding 3 months.

Force Majeure:

In the event that it is impossible or impracticable or illegal for Isha to proceed with or carry out the ‘Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program’ in whole or in part, due to any act of God, acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Isha and as a result thereof if Isha has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the Program, Isha will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Trainee in that regard.”

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy for Isha Insight 2023:

  1. You can substitute your registration with someone else without additional charges. Your request for cancellation/substitution should be sent in writing to leadership@ishainsight.org and is subject to approval.

  2. If you cancel on or before 5 Feb 2023, you will be issued a 90% refund.

  3. Cancellations received from 6 Feb to 10 Feb 2023 will be issued a 50% refund.

  4. No refunds will be made for requests received after 10 Feb 2023.

  5. Please double-check the invoice details before submitting the form, since they will be used to generate the invoice. Once generated the invoice cannot be altered.

PROJECT SAMSKRITI: CANCELLATION, REFUND & RE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Cancellation & Refund:

  1. You can avail of an 80% refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the Program start date. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Please contact info@projectsamskriti.org to request a refund.

  2. Refunds for offline payments like Cash/POS will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund processing.

Re-registration:

    4. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation policy for Online In the Grace of Yoga program

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Refund and Cancellation policy for In-person, In the Grace of Yoga program

Refund Policy

  1. If a refund request is received on or before 31 December 2022, 10% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.

  2. If a refund request is received between 1 January  and 31 January 2023, 50% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.

  3. No requests for refund will be accepted after 31 January 2023, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  4. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the primary participants can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.

  5.  For those who test positive for COVID-19 (before 3 days of arrival at Isha Yoga Center):

  • 5% of the Program fee will be deducted.

  • The Participant shall present a proof for the same before the refund can be processed.

  • If a Participant tests positive on arrival or during travel, or during tests conducted by the Government, then 5 percent of the Program fee will be deducted. If someone tests positive on arrival at Isha Yoga Center, a similar refund shall be given.

Please Note:

  • All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to graceofyoga@ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.

  • The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

  • The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

  • In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

  • The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer: 

  1. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 8 February 2023 by sending an email to graceofyoga@ishafoundation.org.  No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted.

  2. The transferee shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

  3. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program.

  4.  No transfers will be allowed after 8 February 2023.

  5. Once You decide to transfer Your registration, You will not be eligible for a refund.

Upgrades:

  1. Only primary participants can request an upgrade.

  2. An upgrade can be processed for the entire group or any one participant.

  3. The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the primary participant only.

Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy for “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program”

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

a. 15% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

b. 30% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

c. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

2. Transfer Policy:

a. The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 14 days prior to the program start date by sending an email to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

b. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

c. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program” and not for any other program.

d. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.

e. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 14 days to the program start date and thereafter.

Please Note:

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.


Cancellation & Refund Policy for "Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Program":

1.1. 10% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

1.2. 50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

1.3. No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.

  1. Transfer Policy: The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 30 days prior to the program start date by sending an email sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.

2.1. The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.

2.2. The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha” (“Program”) and not for any other program.

2.3. The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.

2.4. No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days from the program start date and thereafter.

  1. Re–Registration Policy:

3.1. In case you are not able to attend this program, you can re-register for the next program by sending an e-mail request from your registered ID.

3.2. There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

3.3. There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Program fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.

3.4. No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program

3.5. Please Note:

3.5.1. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

3.5.2. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

3.5.3. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

3.5.4. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

3.5.5. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.

Cancellation, Refund & Re-Registration Policy for Samyama Sadhana 8-day Program in Dec 2022:

1.1       You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 4 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

1.2    If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the Samyama Sadhana 5-day program at a later date within 1 year of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fee if any.

1.3   If you test positive for COVID-19 any time after the payment is made, it will not be possible for you to participate in the Program. However, your registration is valid for 1 year and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming Programs at the Isha Yoga Center after 3 months from the time of testing COVID positive and until 1 year following the start date of the program that you registered for. There will not be any charges for re-registration. However, you will need to pay the difference in program fee if any. Also, please note that there will not be any refund if you register for a program whose fee is lower than the original program.

1.4    If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.

1.5   For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.

1.6   There will be no refund for a no-show.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for "Yogeshwar Linga Consecration by Sadhguru”

Refund Policy:

  1. If a refund request is received on or before  6 January 2023, the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations based on the category you registered for as below:

  2. Hara, Jagadisha: 25%

  3. Rudra, Bhairav: 20%

  4. No requests for refund will be accepted after 6 January 2023, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  5. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the primary participants can request for a refund, cancellation or upgrade.

  6.  If you test positive for COVID-19 and your refund request is received after 6 January 2023 and before 15 January 2023, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted.

  7. The Participant shall present a positive RT-PCR COVID test from an accredited lab before the refund can be processed. 

Please Note:

  • All refund and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info.iycbangalore@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

  • The effective start date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

  • The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

  • In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

  • The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfers: 

Given the nature of the unique consecration event, there will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

Upgrades:

  • Only primary participants can request an upgrade.

  • An upgrade can be processed for the entire group or any one participant.

  • In case of an upgrade, the difference in amount between the two categories shall be paid by the primary participant.

Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Re-Registration Policy for the “Unveiling of Adiyogi”

Refund policy:

  1. If a refund request is received on or before 6 January 2023, the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations based on the category you registered for as below:

  2. Hara, Jagadisha, Rudra: 25%

  3. Bhairav: 20%

  4. No requests for refund will be accepted after 06 January 2023, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  5. In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the primary participants can request for a refund, cancellation or upgrade.

  6. If You test positive for COVID-19 and your refund request is received between 6 January 2023 and 15 January 2023, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted.

a. The Participant shall present a positive RT-PCR COVID test from an accredited lab before the refund can be processed.

  • The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the primary participant only.

Refund Policy:

  1. If a refund request is received on or before three days of the start of the Program, 10 percent of the Program fee will be deducted.

  2. No requests for refund will be accepted within 3 days from the starting day of the Program, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.

  3. If you test positive for COVID-19 and your refund request is received within 3 days before the Program starts, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.

    1. The Participant shall present a positive RT-PCR COVID test from an accredited lab before the refund can be processed.

Please Note:

  • All refund and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to yogasandhya@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the primary participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

  • The effective start date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.

  • The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of request from the registered email ID.

  • In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

  • The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.

Transfer:

Given the nature of the Program, there will not be any transfer to another participant or future program or event under any circumstances.

Re-registration

If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. For this You will need to write to yogasandhya@ishafoundation.org from the registered email ID of the primary participant. You will also have to pay the re-registration charges of 5% of the program fee.
