During the recent Darshan, Sadhguru emphasized the importance of intensifying your sadhana. As 2024 comes to a close, this Margazhi month is a great opportunity for you to come spend anywhere between 3 to 28 days at the ashram, focusing on deepening your practices.

For maximum benefit, it is best to keep your phone usage to a minimum during the program. There will be a designated time allocated for phone usage.
We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothes for the yogic practices that you will be doing. Please support the spiritual focus of the Institute by avoiding tight-fitting or revealing clothing, including shorts, tank tops, etc. Full-length pants, cropped pants, or knee-length shorts are appropriate. Shoes are removed when entering any indoor spaces. Due to the gravel paths, rugged soles are preferable.

There is no fee for the Online sadhana or the sadhana at the Isha Yoga center at LA. However, Isha Foundation incurs considerable costs to facilitate an event of this scale. Your generous contribution will allow us to offset the costs and continue to offer powerful tools for inner transformation to all seekers, fostering a conscious planet for all.
For the residential program at Isha Institute, TN, even though there is no fee for the sadhana, there is a fee associated with stay. Please check the Sadhana Details section for details.

Accommodations will be provided in shared stay areas to all participants as part of program registration. All participants staying will sleep in a shared space and keep their luggage in designated areas. Bathrooms and showers will be available nearby and bed linens will be provided.

Participants are required to stay in the Center for the entire duration of the program.
Given that this sadhana is designed to allocate dedicated time for your inner growth within a structured schedule, it won't be feasible to engage in work activities during this period.
Upon arrival, you may obtain the wifi credentials at the welcome center. For maximum benefit, it is best to keep your phone usage to a minimum during the program. There will be a designated time allocated for phone usage.
Please ensure that you pack an ample supply of clothing to last for the entirety of your stay, as laundry facilities will not be accessible.
