A time of receptivity. A time when our sadhana can yield the best results. A possibility to enhance one’s sadhana in the consecrated environs of the Isha Yoga Center. Sadhanapada is an opportunity to offer oneself through volunteering and sadhana to realize one’s ultimate potential.

Sadhguru has opened up the possibility for meditators to come to the Isha Yoga Center from Guru Purnima to Mahashivratri to make use of the natural support offered during this time of the year. An opportunity to contribute to Isha’s myriad activities and make the possibilities offered by Sadhguru a reality in people’s lives.

Those who wish to participate will need to stay at the Isha Yoga Center for seven months, from Guru Purnima to Mahashivratri.
