Ishanga Teacher Training

One thing I can assure you: If you walk the path of transmitting these tools for transformation, you may not know the luxuries of life, but you will know fulfillment. This is the most fulfilling thing you can do in your life. — Sadhguru

Upcoming Full-time Ishanga Training : 23rd September onwards

Overview

What is Ishanga Teacher Training?

The Ishanga Teacher Training is an opportunity to offer Isha Yoga Programs of self-transformation to the world. Designed by Sadhguru, this intensive training creates the necessary atmosphere for an individual to explore life from within, in profoundness, joy and playfulness. In doing so, one becomes an instrument for others to receive Yogic technologies to engineer their own inner transformation.

The natural aspiration to share the experiences that have touched their lives has prompted many individuals to dedicate themselves to this path. Today, Ishangas from around the world, of all ages and backgrounds, are working with selfless commitment to offer this doorway to ultimate wellbeing to everyone.

The Ishanga Teacher Training is an ongoing program at the Isha Yoga Center, India. Individuals undergo different types of training to deliver various modules and Yoga programs. Depending on one’s commitment, personal circumstances and availability, an appropriate type of training is recommended.
