In-Person Satsang

• The satsang is open only for those who have been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.

• Ensure to maintain an empty-stomach condition.

• Please be seated at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

Online Satsang

• Similar to the in-person satsang, the online satsang is open only for those who have been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.

• Please ensure that the satsang is not attended by anyone who has not been initiated, even if they are your family members.

• Ensure to maintain an empty-stomach condition.

• It will be ideal to create a conducive atmosphere in your space by keeping a photograph of Sadhguru and a lit lamp in front of it. It is best to sit on the floor.

• Dedicate this time exclusively for the satsang, and ensure there is no disturbance or interruption (like using the restroom, answering calls or checking messages) for the entire duration.

• Ensure you have a steady internet connection.

• It is best to connect through a laptop and keep your phone switched off.

• We recommend you log in at least 15 minutes ahead of time to resolve any technical issues, since the session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
