Prerequisite: Initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya

Age limit: 15 years and above

It is recommended to start the morning sadhana at 5:30 AM, just as it happens at Isha Yoga Center. If you are unable to manage this and wish to start earlier or later, all sessions will also be available to view on demand.
