Grace of Yoga In-Person Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate in “In-person, in the Grace of Yoga” (“Program”) during Mahashivratri 2026. 

You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion. 

1. DEFINITION:

"Group Registration" shall mean multiple people registering together, having one participant as a primary participant. The participants understand that the category of Group Registration is open solely for the purpose of ease of registration.

2. USER REGISTRATION:

2.1 The minimum age limit to participate in the Program is 15 years.
2.2 For participants under 18 years of age, parent / legal guardian must fill & sign the consent form before completing the registration.
2.3 You can register for participation for yourself only, i.e., You will be considered the booker who completed the booking. In case the participant is a different person from the booker, the Terms and Conditions need to be accepted by the participant prior to participation in the Program, and the booker will ensure this.
2.4 In order to participate in the Program, you may be required to register and create an account on the program portal. You will receive a confirmation of your account’s creation through the email address you provide during registration.
2.5 When you register for the Program, you are agreeing to:
 2.5.1  provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and
 2.5.2 maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
2.6 We have a right at our sole discretion to immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future participation in the Program (or any portion thereof) if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, erroneous or incomplete; or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
2.7 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and shall not share it with anyone.
2.8 Your registration for the Program will be complete only after You receive an email confirming Your registration and participation.
2.9 The Program registrations are subject to availability and we shall not be liable in case You are not able to register for the Program.

3. HEALTH GUIDELINES

3.1 You understand that Program includes physical exercises, involving muscular movements and require a certain degree of physical fitness and agility. It may cause or aggravate a physical injury, medical condition, and You represent and warrant that You are physically fit enough to participate in such a Program.
3.2 As a prerequisite to the registration process, You will have to fill the medical declaration form (Included in the Registration form). Medical conditions not recommended for the programs will be mentioned in the Registration form.
3.3 It is mandatory that You mention your information about your medical history, brief details about the current status and medication details in the medical questionnaire during the registration process. The participation will be subject to approval from our medical panel.
3.4 You agree and undertake that You do not have any of the following conditions:
3.4.1 History of fainting, fits, stroke, angina, heart attack, spinal problems, uncontrolled bleeding of any kind, chronic fatigue, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, active glaucoma, retina problems, severe nutritional deficiencies, active rheumatologic problem;
3.4.2 Major surgery in the past 6 months, minor surgery in the past 3 months; and
3.4.3 Body Mass Index (BMI) is above 30.
3.5 You understand that for anyone with these conditions, this Program is contraindicated and can be harmful to the health of such a person. You understand that even if You have other conditions apart from those listed, it is Your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider and certify Yourself to be fit enough for the Program prior to enrolling in this Program. If You have done so, You represent and warrant that You are following Your healthcare provider’s advice. You further represent and warrant that You understand Your physical limitations and that You are sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify Your participation in the Program before You become injured or aggravate a pre-existing condition.
3.6 If You have an acute or aggravated mental health condition, then You understand that You must consult with a professional mental healthcare provider before registering for or participating in the Program, and You represent and warrant that You have done so and are following Your healthcare provider’s advice.
3.7 In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Program, You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that You might incur as a result of participating in the Program.
3.8 In further consideration for being permitted to participate in the Program, You hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any and all claims, liabilities, demands, expenses, fees, legal actions, rights of action for damages, personal injury, mental suffering and distress, or death (“Claims”), including legal fees or expenses, that You may suffer or that Your spouse, parents, children, or unborn children may suffer in connection with Your participation in the Program. You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Isha Foundation, including its trustees, representatives, teachers, instructors, co-instructors, presenters, facilitators, employees, agents, volunteers, and independent contractors (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any loss, cost, or liability incurred in defending any Claim made by You or anyone making a Claim on Your behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the negligence of any of the Indemnified Parties or anyone else.
3.9 To the full extent permitted by law, You and Your legal heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any of the Indemnified Parties for any Claim caused by any negligence or other acts of the Indemnified Parties.

4. SAFETY GUIDELINES

4.1 You should do the practices to the extent it is comfortable for You. Do not push Yourself beyond the point of comfort.
4.2 In case of any medical history, please mention it in the registration form and consult with the teacher before beginning the class.
4.3 If You develop any of the following health conditions after registration, You must inform us, as soon as possible:
4.3.1 You suffer from any [new] injury, illness or other medical condition;
4.3.2 You feel any pain or discomfort; or
4.3.3 You feel that any exercise would be unsafe or uncomfortable for You.
4.4 We may in our sole discretion prohibit You from participating in the Program if we feel that Your health situation is not conducive for attending the Program.
4.5 Injuries or Benefits: We exclude all representations, warranties, undertakings and guarantees relating to Our Program.
4.6 We do not represent, warrant, undertake or guarantee:
 4.6.1 that You will not suffer from any injury arising directly or indirectly from Our Program;
 4.6.2 that Your fitness will measurably improve as a result of participation in the Program.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 The payment must be made in full before the commencement of the Program.
5.2 We accept the following mode of payments, i.e., debit/credit cards, Net Banking, e-wallets & UPI.
5.3 In the event the prerequisites as mentioned in these Terms & Conditions are not fulfilled, We reserve the right to cancel Your registration and the refund will be done as per the cancellation and refund policy provided below.

5.4 If you have already attempted a payment but your registration has not been updated, please wait at least 24 hours before retrying. This ensures the transaction has enough time to process and reflect in the booking system, helping to avoid accidental duplicate payments.

5.5 Payments made under different registration IDs, even if for the same booker/participant, will not be considered duplicate payments. These will be treated as separate and intentional registration made by the booker/participant.

5.6 A payment will be considered a duplicate or double payment only when the same booking ID is charged more than once.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

6.1 All requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted by the person who completed the booking, in accordance with the following terms. Please file your request at support.ishafoundation.org.
6.1.1 If a refund request is received on or before 31 December 2025, 10% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.
6.1.2 If a refund request is received between 1 January and 1 February 2026, 50% of the Program fee will be deducted for cancellations.
6.1.3 No requests for refund will be accepted after 1 February 2026, or for a no-show, or for incomplete attendance of the Program.
6.2 Refund Policy for Programs:
6.2.1 The request for refund should come from the registered email id of the person who completed the booking by raising a request for the same on support.ishafoundation.org. Refund request requires PDF copies of your Payment Receipt and a duly filled and signed Refund Request Form to be sent within seven days of filing your cancellation request. No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
6.2.2 The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification in writing with supporting documents where applicable.
6.2.3 The refund will be processed within 30 days, provided that all the required documents are in order.
6.2.4 In case You are not allowed to continue the Program due to medical reasons or code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
6.2.5 The refund will be made to the same mode of payment/instrument from which the original payment was made.
6.2.6 In case of multiple participants registering together as a group, only the person who completed the booking can request for a refund, transfer, cancellation or upgrade.
6.2.7 There will be no refund for a no-show.
6.2.8 If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.
6.2.9 No cancellations or refunds will be processed for individual members of a group booking. Refunds and cancellations are only applicable if the entire group cancels collectively.

7. TRANSFER:

7.1 You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 1 February 2026 by raising a request for the same on support.ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted.
7.2 The transferee, i.e. the person who completed the booking, shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
7.3 The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program.
7.4 No transfers will be allowed after 1 February 2026.
7.5 Once You decide to transfer Your registration, You will not be eligible for a refund.
7.6 Transfers are not possible for and within group registrations.

8. UPGRADES:

8.1 Only primary participants can request an upgrade.
8.2 Upgrades are not possible for and within group registrations.
8.3 The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the primary participant, who completed the booking only.

9. ACCOMODATION AND FOOD (Only for Residential Programs)

9.1 Food and stay (Dorm Stay) will be provided during the duration of the Program within the premises of the Venue.

10. ADMISSION:

10.1 We reserve the right to allow admission into the Program and/cancellation of Your participation at Our sole discretion.

11. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:

11.1 The Participants acknowledge that participation in the Programs and visiting our Site is done voluntarily and that you alone are 100% solely and personally responsible for your participation in our site, Programs and for any outcomes or results that result therefrom (whether positive or negative). You acknowledge that you have or will use your own due diligence and judgment before implementing any knowledge or information you received from Our Site. Isha Foundation is not responsible for any action you may choose to take regarding the information provided, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible nor liable to you should you sustain any financial harm, physical or any negative ramifications. The Participants acknowledges that the information contained on this site is intended as general information only and you agree that any decisions you make to implement or follow anything you find on the site are wholly your own.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT:

12.1 Dress Code - Both men and women should wear clothing that covers shoulders, upper arms, midriff, and legs down to their ankles. Tight or transparent clothing should not be worn.
12.2 Behaviour - You are expected to uphold the sanctity, serenity, and safety of the Venue through respectful and lawful conduct at all times. You shall comply with all applicable laws and adhere to a strict code of ethical and personal behavior. Any act of assault, harassment (including verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual), child abuse, sexual misconduct, stalking, exploitation, or any other form of unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Discriminatory or offensive speech or conduct—whether explicit or implied—based on race, caste, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, or disability will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
12.3 Consumption - The consumption or use of the following is strictly prohibited and You shall not smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drug at the Venue premises.
12.4 Consequences - Participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the Program immediately, and such Participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid towards their participation in the Program. We reserve the right to initiate legal action or follow the due process of law if You violate the code of conduct or any laws. If You witness such behavior mentioned above, please promptly contact the Program Volunteers in order to take appropriate action.

13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

You acknowledge and agree that Your attendance and participation in the Program is voluntary. You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Program to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. To the extent permissible by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Program.

14. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU:

You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information that You provide in connection with the Program, by Us. We will use Your information to send details and announcements related to the Program to You. Any personal information that You provide to Us online will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting Your personal information and Your right to privacy. The Privacy Policy shall be applicable to your use of Our Site. You agree that We may use any information that We obtain about You in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice. Please read the Privacy Policy here carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information with Us.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

15.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the website is Our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned by Us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
15.2 The Content and the Marks are provided on the site “as-is” for Your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, no part of the site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, screen‑shotted, photographed, screen‑recorded, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, downloaded, edited, broadcasted, transferred, taught, used, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non‑commercial purpose whatsoever, without Our express prior written permission.
15.3 Provided that You are eligible to use the website, You are granted a limited license to access and use the site to which You have properly gained access solely for Your participation in the Program. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to You in and to the website, the Content and the Marks.

16. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES WHILE USING THE SITE:

16.1 You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which We make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Us.
16.2 As a user of the site, You agree not to:
 16.2.1 systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Us;
 16.2.2 make any unauthorized use of the site, including collecting usernames and/or e‑mail addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses;
 16.2.3 circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security‑related features of the site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the site and/or the Content contained therein;
 16.2.4 engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the site;
 16.2.5 trick, defraud, or mislead Us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords;
 16.2.6 make improper use of Our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;
 16.2.7 engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
 16.2.8 interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the website;
 16.2.9 attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user;
 16.2.10 sell or otherwise transfer Your profile;
 16.2.11 use any information obtained from the site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
 16.2.12 use the site as part of any effort to compete with Us or otherwise use the website and/or the Content for any revenue‑generating endeavor or commercial enterprise;
 16.2.13 decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the site;
 16.2.14 attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the website, or any portion of the website;
 16.2.15 harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of Our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the website to You;
 16.2.16 delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content;
 16.2.17 copy or adapt the website’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code;
 16.2.18 upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the website;
 16.2.19 upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”);
 16.2.20 except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the website, or uses or launches any unauthorized script or other software;
 16.2.21 disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in Our opinion, Us and/or the website; or
 16.2.22 use the site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

17. SITE MANAGEMENT:

17.1 We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
 17.1.1 monitor the site for violations of these Terms & Conditions;
 17.1.2 take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms & Conditions, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities;
 17.1.3 in Our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of Your Contributions or any portion thereof;
 17.1.4 in Our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to Our systems;
 17.1.5 otherwise manage the site in a manner designed to protect Our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the site. In addition to terminating or suspending Your account, We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
17.2 We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the website, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the site at any time or for any reason without notice to You.
17.3 You agree that We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by Your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the website. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will be construed to obligate Us to maintain and support the site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

18. DISCLAIMER:

The Site is provided on an as‑is and as‑available basis. You agree that Your use of the Site services will be at Your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and Your use thereof, including, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any sites linked to this website and We will assume no liability or responsibility for any (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature out of Your own negligence resulting from Your access to and use of the Site, (3) any unauthorized access to or use of Our secure servers by third party and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, not arising out of Our own negligence (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site, (5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party, and/or (6) any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Site, any hyperlinked site, or any site or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between You and any third‑party providers of products or services.

19. LICENSE TO USE ITEMS:

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Program, You grant Us an irrevocable, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right and license throughout the world and in perpetuity to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for promotional/educational purposes, all or any part of the following items ("Items"): (a) all still photographs (b) all audio and video recordings in connection with the Program. You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from You and waive any moral rights You may have in the Items.

20. WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Program, You hereby warrant and represent that You are 18 years of age or at least 15 years of age with parental consent and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that You may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Program, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Us. This Waiver of Liability is specifically binding upon Your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given by You.

21. FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event that it is made impossible or impracticable or illegal to proceed with or carry out this Program in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, power disruption, technical difficulties, internet connectivity, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond reasonable control and as a result thereof, there may be delay, postponement, rescheduling, termination and/or cancellation of this Program, and We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by You.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

22.1 If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail.
22.2 Any and all controversy(ies) / disputes) / difference(s)/ claim(s) / claim(s) in tort arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this Terms and Conditions, including its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration of sole Arbitrator nominated by the Council for National and International Commercial Arbitration (CNICA), having its registered office at Unit No.208, Raheja Towers, No:113‑134, Anna Salai, Chennai 600002 as per CNICA Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Rules and conducted under online platform www.cnica‑odr.com. The arbitration must follow the ODR process and CNICA‑ODR Rules shall prevail. All matters in the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
22.3 The place of arbitration shall be Chennai and the language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on both Parties to the Agreement.
22.4 In the event of the Arbitration failing and/or aggrieved by such Arbitral Award, then either party shall be free to take legal action against the other party in the manner as provided under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, in which case the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
22.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program either paid by the participant or third party.

24. INDEMNIFICATION:

24.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation in the Program and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
24.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all pre-existing agreements and understandings between them with respect thereto.

26. MISCELLANEOUS:

26.1 Any modifications to the Terms & Conditions will be posted on this Site. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You.
26.2 You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above, or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions, shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part which may result in the termination of Your access to this website and/or participation in the Program.

27.1 I have read and I agree with the Terms & Conditions of "In-person, In the Grace of Yoga” Program happening at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.
27.2 I have read and I agree with the Privacy Policy.
27.3 I acknowledge that as a participant registering under the group booking category, I have also read and made sure that other participants understand the Terms & Conditions.
27.4 The information stated herein above is true and if found false, I understand that I will not be allowed to participate in the Program, and furthermore, any payment given for this Program will not be refunded.
