Terms and Conditions for Dhvanikarnam Seva for Children

I am applying for a name for my child, to be given by Sadhguru for his/her spiritual growth.
I understand that this is a significant step on the spiritual path for my child.
I understand that my child's name has nothing to do with his/her religion, and this process in no way impacts his/her religion.
If I wish to change my child's name as given to us, I shall do so by following the prescribed process of law as per his/her nationality and country of residence within the next 6 months.
I am the Legal Guardian of the above mentioned applicant.
Refunds or cancellation is not possible for this offering for any cancellation or withdrawal.

I am applying for a new name to be given by Sadhguru for my spiritual growth. I understand that this is a significant step on the spiritual path for me.
I understand that my name has nothing to do with my religion, and this process in no way impacts my religion.
I undertake that I have obtained my spouse's consent before applying for my name change (Only if you are married).
I undertake that I Have obtained my parents consent before applying for my name change (For unmarried between age 18-25 years).
If I wish to officially change my name as given to me, I will do so by following the prescribed process of law as per my nationality and country of residence within the next 6 months. I undertake to send a copy of the photo ID with changed name.
