These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate as a volunteer in the Shramdaan category for the Yogeshwar Linga Consecration by Sadhguru and the Adiyogi – The Source of Yoga Consecration by Sadhguru (“Program”) at Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru on 15 January 2023.

You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.

Eligibility:

To register as a volunteer in the Shramdaan category, You should have completed Inner Engineering Online or been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.

Other requirements:

1. You agree to contribute through seva (volunteering) for at least one week once in three months for the next one year at Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru.

2. You agree that you shall contribute through seva for at least 8 days for the Yogeshwar Linga Consecration. You shall arrive at Isha Yoga Centre, Bengaluru on 10 Jan by 1 PM and leave on 17 Jan after 10 AM. You shall support in the preparation and windup activity after the program. (Food and stay during this period will be provided by the Yoga Cemter.) 

3. While volunteering for the Program we might take photos, videos and written feedback or sharing of your experience for our use.  

4. Please ensure that You take care of all your belongings like money, baggage and personal items during your volunteering.

5. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, we request that You adhere to all the guidelines and social distancing protocols as may be indicated to you from time to time.  

6. There will be regular medical checkups, including upon arrival and during the entire volunteering period.  We request You to kindly cooperate with Us. 

7. In case You develop any COVID-19 symptoms during Your volunteering, we request that You promptly inform Your activity coordinator and follow the protocol, treatment and guidelines as prescribed by Us.  

8. You understand that Isha Foundation will not be responsible for any medical expenses that You may incur during your stay at the Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru for volunteering.

9. Please ensure You plan Your travel only upon confirmation of your participation as a volunteer by Us.  

10. Before You travel, please ensure that You have taken due permissions from the concerned governmental authorities to travel, if there are any such requirements. 

11. Please ensure that You do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 and have not come in contact with people who are infected/suspected/diagnosed with COVID-19 in the 14 days preceding Your travel to the Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru.

12. It is important that while You are volunteering for the Program, You will respect the policies and the rules that are laid down by Us, which will be informed to You during your stay and volunteering for the Program.

13. As a volunteer, it is important to be in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment for yourself and others around us. Hence, we request that You do not engage in any disruptive speech or behavior.  

14. Smoking, drinking alcohol or consuming any hallucinogenic or banned drug is strictly not allowed. Any contravention will force Us to ask You to leave the Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru.

15. You give your consent to Us for the collection and use of Your personal information that You have provided to Us in connection with volunteering for the Program. We may use Your information to send details of any further volunteering opportunities that may open up in the future for other Programs. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.

16. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteering for the Program will be subject to the guidelines and directions issued by the government and local health authorities from time to time.

Note: Considering the nature of the consecration and the minimal facilities available at the Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru, there are only limited seats available under this category and they will be issued on a case-by-case basis after evaluating your application.

I declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of my knowledge. I also agree that in the event of incomplete or false information given by me, my volunteering would be terminated with immediate effect and I would be asked to leave the Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru. I shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage caused due to such false information.
