Phase 2: Step 7 (Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya) is a Live 2-days online sessions with Isha instructors on weekend-only (Saturday & Sunday), you can choose your selected weekend for Step 7 based on the available dates.

This is a full day program on 11 October 2026 (Sunday) .Program timings are as below:

There will be sufficient breaks during the program - including one for meal as well as for restrooms.

Please note that latecomers will not be allowed entry. To receive the program in the best possible way, it is highly recommended that you are seated at least 30 mins ahead of time inside the hall quietly, so that your body, breath and mind is in a settled condition before the program begins with Sadhguru.

Also, please plan your arrival early, at least 2 hrs ahead of scheduled time (i.e. by 11:00 am MYT) to allow enough time to complete check-in formalities for the event, since a huge number of people will be attending the program.

It would be ideal to sit on the floor, however chairs will be provided if you have any injury or have difficulty sitting on the floor. Please indicate this in the check-in form.

There is no specific dress code for the program, however, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
Since the venue is indoors, you may wish to bring a light jacket or shawl as the venue is air-conditioned.
