The Inner Engineering (online) program has 7 steps:
Steps 1-6 are self paced and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Each step is approximately 90 minutes, comprising short and easy-to-follow modules.
Step 7 (transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya) is conducted through live online sessions with Isha instructors over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), with the flexibility to choose your preferred weekend.
All 7 steps must be finished to successfully complete the Inner Engineering (online) program.
The Inner Engineering (online) program requires approximately 25 hours of focused, uninterrupted time. Steps 1–6 are self-paced and can be completed at your convenience, while Step 7 requires your participation over a dedicated weekend on your selected dates.
No, this is an in-person program. A livestream will not be available.
Yes, this program is open to participants from all countries, including those outside Malaysia. The program will be conducted in English, with live translation available in Mandarin, Tamil, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean.

This is a full-day program on Sunday, 11 October 2026. The program will be held from 1:00 PM MYT to 10:00 PM MYT.
There will be sufficient breaks throughout the program, including a meal break and restroom breaks.
As this is an experiential program with Sadhguru, punctuality is essential to experience the program in its entirety. Please plan your travel to ensure you arrive well in advance. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once the program has begun, and will not be eligible for a refund.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 2 hours before the program start time (by 11:00 AM MYT) to allow sufficient time for check-in and to be seated before the program begins.
It is ideal to sit on the floor. However, if you have an injury or find it difficult to sit on the floor, chairs will be provided. Please indicate this in the check-in form, which will be sent closer to the program date.
Although there is no specific dress code, loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
As the venue is air-conditioned, it is advisable to bring a light jacket.
