Ahead of the Yogeshwar Linga Consecration by Sadhguru, please find some information below to help you prepare best for the event.

Transport to and from the venue:

• Please note that traveling from Bengaluru city to Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru may take 2.5–3 hours due to the high volume of traffic expected at the venue.

• Local Isha volunteers have organized a two-way bus service from various points in Bengaluru city to Sadhguru Sannidhi. To make a reservation for bus travel, visit http://isha.co/ylc-travel. Please complete your reservation by 9 January 2023.

• Participants can book a cab using the OLA app using the Outstation option from the Kempegowda International Airport to Sadhguru Sannidhi. The approximate cost would be between 1200–1500 INR depending on the time of travel.

• If you wish to arrange personalized transport to Sadhguru Sannidhi, you can explore travel agencies online.

• For a list of agencies that are willing to provide round-trip transportation (subject to the availability of vehicles), please visit: https://bit.ly/BlrTravelAgencies. The approximate cost would be between 6000–8500 INR.

• We encourage you to make your travel/logistical arrangements well ahead of time to avoid challenges on that day.

Schedule for 15 January:

• Check-in: 4:30–7:00 AM

• Consecration: 8:00–10:30 AM

• Prasadam will be provided after the consecration

• Makar Sankranti festivities: 3:00 PM onwards

• Unveiling of Adiyogi 

• Check-in: 1:00–5:00 PM

• Program: 6:00–9:00 PM

About Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru:

The program will be organized to accommodate participants as comfortably as possible, but please note that Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru is still under construction, and the existing infrastructure is very minimal.

A few things to keep in mind:

• The event will happen in the open air.

• Please come prepared for varying climatic conditions. Temperatures may vary from 20°C to 28°C.

• There is no accommodation/luggage area at the venue, so please do not bring your luggage/valuables with you.

Things to carry:

• Wristband (for participants from India), ID Card, E-Pass

• Rubber yoga mat, bedsheet and/or cushions as needed to sit comfortably on the ground

• Rain gear

• Appropriate footwear (to walk on unpaved pathways)

• Umbrella (for shade and/or rain)

• Sunscreen

• Sun hat or cap

• Warm clothing (woolen cap, sweater, etc.)

• Water bottle (water points will be available at the venue)

• Mask

• Any medicines you take regularly

• Portable mobile charger / power bank (there are no charging points at the venue)

You can keep these items with you in a backpack or small carry bag in the seating area.

Note: As there are no shops near the premises, it is best you bring all the required items with you.

Dress Code:

• Participants are required to wear only plain white clothing with no colored patterns or borders. If there are patterns, borders, logos or designs, they should also be white.

• For the Unveiling of Adiyogi and the Makar Sankranti celebrations, you may wear festive clothing if you wish. 

Food:

• After the consecration, prasadam will be offered.

• Food will be available throughout the day on a paid basis.

• We recommend you carry cash for any food/beverage or miscellaneous purchases. 

Mobile Phone Connection:

• Due to the location and large number of participants expected at the program, it is likely that mobile phone services, including internet, will be limited. Please plan accordingly.

Wristbands/Check-in:

• We have sent wristbands by post to participants residing in India. In case you do not receive your wristband in time, please collect it upon check-in by displaying your E-pass/ID at the venue.

• Overseas participants will also receive their wristbands upon check-in.

Parking:

• Free parking is available. Multiple parking lots will be designated for 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers around the program venue.

• The seating area will be approximately 0.5–1 km from the allocated parking lot.

• Ola/Uber and KSRTC drop off points will also be about 0.5–1 km from the seating area.
