Completion of Inner Engineering, which includes receiving the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, is a prerequisite to attend this program. 

Anyone above 15 years of age can register. If you have not completed Inner Engineering, you can choose the package registration to sign up for the “Inner Engineering Online" program for a reduced fee as well as the “Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment" program with Sadhguru on July 7th in Toronto.  You can also complete the in person “Inner Engineering Total” program and then register for “Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment". Yes, the program is open to everyone who meets the prerequisites regardless of location. Please book your flight tickets only after you have successfully registered and received your e-receipt. Please manage any Visa and travel requirements, including having a valid passport.

The program starts at 9:00 am and ends at 6:30 pm. We recommend arriving at least 2 hours ahead of the program’s start time to allow sufficient time for check-in, seating.

No, the Program is available only in English.

While there is no strict dress code, we suggest wearing loose, comfortable attire. Please consider bringing a cushion or yoga mat for floor seating and warm clothes to accommodate the air-conditioned environment.

Anyone above 15 years of age can participate in the program. Childcare is unavailable during the program.

Cloakroom facilities are not available at the venue. There is no provision for storage inside the hall where the program will take place. Please note that you can only bring a small personal item no other luggage will be permissible in the hall due to security considerations.

Taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.

Overnight accommodation at the venue is not available. There are a number of hotels and airbnb options located very close to the venue.
