Centers

Main Centers

Isha Foundation’s activities are carried out by a network of volunteers in towns and cities around the globe. The headquarters for these activities is the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India. Other major centers are the Isha Yoga Center in Delhi and the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences in McMinnville, Tennessee, USA. Regular yoga programs are held at each of these centers, and they additionally serve as a base for Isha’s outreach activities and offer a conducive infrastructure for spiritual seekers who are looking for inner growth.

Consecrated Spaces

“If you transform mud into food, we call this agriculture. If you make food into flesh and bone, we call this digestion. If you make flesh into mud, we call this cremation. If you can make this flesh or even a stone or an empty space into a divine possibility, that is called consecration.” – Sadhguru

Sadhguru has created a number of consecrated forms and spaces to catalyze one’s spiritual evolution, and ensure human beings attain to their fullest potential.

Theerthakunds

Essentially, Suryakund and Chandrakund are energy pools that melt away karmic blocks, and that allow you to experience Dhyanalinga. – Sadhguru
