Pranaam, how is this different from Alom Vilom and can the two practised together?

1. You can do spot jumping to temporarily unblock your nose and then do nadi shuddhi
2. Usually Sadhguru says, for any new practice to establish in the system and for any visible benefits, it takes a mandala or 40 days.

We are sorry, but we do not know about other sites and cannot comment on their procedures. At Isha, Nadi Shuddhi is practiced as has been taught by Sadhguru ie inhale and exhale through the same nostril and then change.
