Attend to the Source, Not the Symptom
Pain in one’s body, Sadhguru says, is a certain defense mechanism and an indicator of the body’s condition. Instead of trying to fix the indicator or symptom, he says, one must bring the body to a place where one can use it without pain. In yoga, asana siddhi means that one has attained to a certain perfection of posture, or geometry of the body.
