Poem: The School
In this week's Spot, Sadhguru pens a new poem inspired by his visit to the Isha Home School. "Go to school to become a cog / Or go to school to know the fool / who refuses to become a cog or a / quaking frog".

The School

Go to school to become a cog
Or go to school to know the fool
who refuses to become a cog or a
quaking frog

But to know the way to know,
as to know is to grow
To grow not to social or scriptural
prescriptions but to become Me, Myself
and what is beyond Me

With due respect to cogs and frogs
Don’t you want to be something…
Something more than the more?

Love & Grace

Simple words BUT
Hits the nail on the head!!

Words, Words, Words
You have spoken so much
To trap the fools But
Even after the entrapment
Fools are only quaking frogs...

Seeds, Seeds, Seeds
You have seeded so many sleeping hordes
But even after the initiation
Fools are only cogs in the spiritual lane...

Methods, Methods, Methods
You introduced from Isha Kriya to Aathi Yogi Aalyam
But even after living in the conducive atmosphere
Fools are only racers in the materialistic world...

An ambigously huge project!!
Of seeing an enlightened world tomorrow!!
Hats off to Your beautiful vision....

We are so indebted to You
For all the tedious work that You have taken up...
Pray and wish we all are as committed as You are
And as passionate as You are
To fulfill Your ONE n only vision!!

Hope each and every ONE joins
The silent revolution of self-realisation!!

The poem of frog motivates us to know more about us...yes something more than that...THANKS.If you do attach the meaning of the poem...it would reach all category people...as Sadhguru told it would be more effective.

Namaskar Sadguru,
Your poem is great. It id really high time to restructure our curriculum to the way we want. While respecting the common struvture, Great Masters including You have tremendous Divine WAy How our children should. Swami Vivekananda's Man-making Education is an unfullfilled dream in an entire country struvture. We should be able to contribute our life for realising our innate way of teaching and learning and teaching every children in school to allow to go out door everywhere in thevillage and throw down mangoes and play in waters padyfields and become FULL!!!!
I had a FULL childhood and I feel head ache when I see the plight how the present chilrens' destiny would be!

Reminds me of this song by Malvina Reynolds
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUrf_jzn_To&NR=1
1. Little boxes on the hillside,

Little boxes made of ticky-tacky,

Little boxes, little boxes,

Little boxes, all the same.

There's a green one and a pink one

And a blue one and a yellow one

And they're all made out of ticky-tacky

And they all look just the same.

2. And the people in the houses

All go to the university,

And they all get put in boxes,

Little boxes, all the same.

And there's doctors and there's lawyers

And business executives,

And they're all made out of ticky-tacky

And they all look just the same.

3. And they all play on the golf-course,

And drink their Martini dry,

And they all have pretty children,

And the children go to school.

And the children go to summer camp

And then to the university,

And they all get put in boxes

And they all come out the same.

4. And the boys go into business,

And marry, and raise a family,

And they all get put in boxes,

Little boxes, all the same.

There's a green one and a pink one

And a blue one and a yellow one

And they're all made out of ticky-tacky

And they all look just the same.
