Ingredients for 1 Person to fill a tumbler of 300ml
- Groundnuts soaked (overnight) - handful or 50 gm
- Ripe Banana (local variety) 5” size - 1
- Coconut Milk (extract fresh) - 200 ml (dilute with water if thin consistency is desired)
- Cardamom powder - pinch
- Honey (optional) - 1 tbsp
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
