Ingredients for 1 Person to fill a tumbler of 300ml

  • Groundnuts soaked (overnight) - handful or 50 gm
  • Ripe Banana (local variety) 5” size - 1
  • Coconut Milk (extract fresh) - 200 ml (dilute with water if thin consistency is desired)
  • Cardamom powder - pinch
  • Honey (optional) - 1 tbsp
