All programs and guided sessions are conducted by trained teachers who have undergone 1750+ hours of rigorous training at the Isha Yoga Centre and are certified by the Isha School of Hatha Yoga. Under the guidance of Sadhguru, these teachers offer classical Hatha Yoga in its full depth and dimension.
