Sadhguru has announced that he will be consecrating the very land that comprises the upcoming Yogic City. As part of this process, Sadhguru will be establishing 112 shrines within the Foundation’s premises. These shrines will serve as powerful sources of energy which, in conjunction with Linga Bhairavi, AdiYogi: The Abode of Yoga. and the existing consecrated spaces, will support the wellbeing of all who enter this sphere.

Priority deposits allow the Foundation to fund this project, without having to borrow money from banking institutions.

Long-term License to Use:

• The studios and apartments will be offered under a long-term licensing arrangement

• Ownership remains with Isha Foundation

Guidelines for residing at Isha Institute of Inner-Sciences:

• Residents must be initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya prior to allocation

• The primary applicant must be enrolled in the Kshetragna program, lifelong commitment to one’s sadhana, including a dedicated daily practice as guided by Sadhguru

• Note: If an applicant is not practicing Shambhavi at the time of deposit, they need to complete the Inner Engineering program and initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya before the unit is allocated

Location:

• Centrally located within the ashram premises, in a lush forest setting

• Within walking and biking distances from all core areas of the ashram including, Adiyogi: The Abode of Yoga, Linga Bhairavi, and Mahima

Amenities:

Studios

• Mini fridge and tea kettle permitted; must be supplied by resident

• High speed internet will be available  (at an additional cost) for those who plan to work remotely

• Elevators available

• Convenient amenities—including grocery stores and restaurants—are planned for development soon

 Apartments

• Full kitchen, balcony and elevator access

• High speed internet will be available (at an additional cost) for those who plan to work remotely

• Designated sadhana spaces available 

• Additional storage units are available at an additional cost

Lot Lease:

• Lots are leased for 99 years

• The lessee builds and owns home of their choice

• Under this structure regular mortgage loans are possible

• The homes, along with the lot lease, are sellable

• The land will remain under the ownership of the Isha Foundation as a long-term effort to safeguard its ethos

Guidelines for residing in Kamala:

• The primary applicant is required to complete Inner Engineering Completion program by the time of allocation

Amenities provided:

• The development will be wired for high speed internet

• Yogashalas will be established as dedicated spaces for meditators to gather for sadhana, as well as to participate in classes and programs

• Scenic walking trails will also be available for residents to enjoy

• The development will include communal areas for activities, along with grassy parks for relaxation and play

• Convenient amenities—including grocery stores and restaurants—are planned for development soon.

• A residential development nestled in a beautiful natural setting, close to the ashram

• Less than a mile away from Adiyogi: The Abode of Yoga, Linga Bhairavi, and Mahima, as well as scenic hiking trails
