The 21-Day Sadhana Program, designed by Sadhguru, includes guided sadhana and allows you to take a significant step toward enhancing oneself within the powerful ambiance of a consecrated space. Doing Yogic practices in a dedicated manner for 21 continuous days has a profound impact on your system. Conducted in a deeply committed environment, the program will guide you through foundational tools to strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and balance your emotions. We invite you to make use of these 21 days for your own growth and inner transformation. As a part of the 21-Day Sadhana Program, participants will also have the opportunity to learn Hatha Yoga practices. For those who have already completed these programs, going through these sessions again will allow you to review and deepen the experience of these practices.
Yogasanas: Offered as a set of 21 powerful Yoga postures, Yogasanas, are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to direct one’s energy in a particular way. More about Yogasanas.
Surya Kriya: “Surya” means sun, and “kriya” means an inner energy process. This potent Yogic practice also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. More about Surya Kriya.
Upa-Yoga: Upa-Yoga essentially means “sub-yoga” or “pre-yoga”. This program offers a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. More about Upa-Yoga.
The 21-Day Sadhana Program is conducted as a 21-day residential program at the Isha Yoga Center, India, and at the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences, USA.
Completion of the Inner Engineering Program (including Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya) is a prerequisite for attending this program.
