Terms and Conditions for Inner Engineering Completion Form

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us").

You agree that by submitting the form and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.

By submitting an Online Form and email communication by Us, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

You agree to provide all true and correct details and documentation as may be required in the completion form.
You agree to keep all aspects of the Program confidential.
You agree to provide honest and genuine feedback in the completion form.
You agree to follow all the instructions provided to you during the program and abide by the same.
You agree that in case You gave consent to support any of the initiatives in the completion form in any manner, You shall be contacted by the concerned volunteers for the same via email or phone.
You agree that in case you give consent to be added to the Mandala group, your phone number will be shared with the concerned volunteers for the said purpose.
You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while filling the form. We may use your information to send details of any further Programs that may come in future. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.
In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.
In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of the breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions

You declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that in case of incomplete or false information given by you, You shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage caused due to such false information.
