Sadhguru was interviewed by the New Indian Express newspaper when he was in Bangalore recently. He spoke about Isha’s various social outreach programs, including Project GreenHands, Isha Vidhya, and the Government School Adoption Program and its future plans. “We have set a goal to adopt 3,000 government schools in Tamil Nadu in the next 10 years,” said Sadhguru.

He also spoke about how India has always been steeped in spiritual processes, and about Isha’s efforts to create “the required infrastructure to provide spiritual education to as many people as possible.” Establishing a center in Bangalore is a part of these efforts. Sadhguru concluded by speaking about Adiyogi, “Everything is already revealed by the Adiyogi and we are trying to revive what has been forgotten. Unlike others who are steeped in philosophical polemics, our teachings are based on our personal experiences. They are scientific and can be tested.”
