The Inner Engineering Online program comprises of 7 steps,
Phase 1: Steps 1-6 are self paced and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Each step is approximately 90 minutes, comprising short and easy-to-follow modules.
Phase 2: Step 7 (Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya) is a Live 2-days online sessions with Isha instructors on weekend-only (Saturday & Sunday), you can choose your selected weekend for Step 7 based on the available dates.
You need to complete all 7 Steps including Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya to complete the Inner Engineering Online program.
The Inner Engineering Online program requires approximately 25 hours of focused and undistracted time. Step 1-6 are self-paced, and the final Step 7 requires a dedicated weekend on the dates selected.
No, this is an In-Person program. A livestream will not be available.
Yes, definitely people outside of Malaysia can also participate in this program. The program is open for participants from all countries. While the program is offered in English, live translation will be available in Mandarin, Tamil, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean.

Yes, the program will be offered in English with live translation in Mandarin, Tamil, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Bahasa Indonesia.
This is a full day program on 11 October 2026 (Sunday) .Program timings are as below:
1:00 PM MYT to 10:00 PM MYT
There will be sufficient breaks during the program - including one for meal as well as for restrooms.
Please note that latecomers will not be allowed entry. To receive the program in the best possible way, it is highly recommended that you are seated at least 30 mins ahead of time inside the hall quietly, so that your body, breath and mind is in a settled condition before the program begins with Sadhguru.
Also, please plan your arrival early, at least 2 hrs ahead of scheduled time (i.e. by 11:00 am MYT) to allow enough time to complete check-in formalities for the event, since a huge number of people will be attending the program.
It would be ideal to sit on the floor, however chairs will be provided if you have any injury or have difficulty sitting on the floor. Please indicate this in the check-in form, which will be sent closer to the program date.
There is no specific dress code for the program, however, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
Since the venue is indoors, you may wish to bring a light jacket or shawl as the venue is air-conditioned.
Anyone above 15 years of age can participate in the event provided they have completed the pre-requisite of the Inner Engineering program including initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. Childcare is not available during the event.
Luggage facilities will not be available at the venue. There will be no provision for storage inside the hall where the event will take place. Please note that you are allowed to only bring a small personal item, no other luggage will be permissible in the hall due to security considerations.
Taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.
Once you register as a participant, an email with further details on the necessary preperation required and items to bring (if any) will be sent closer to the program date.

Organizing a program of this scale requires immense coordination, and your commitment and willingness as a volunteer are essential to making it happen. Program volunteering will begin at 8:00 AM on 9th October and continue through to wind-up after the program concludes on 11th October. Volunteers are required to commit for the entire duration; partial participation for 1 or 2 days will not be possible.
