Please read carefully for participating in Volunteer's Meet with Sadhguru at Sadhguru Sannidhi (“Event”) on 26th February, 2023 being organized by Isha Foundation (“Us/Our”) at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru. By submitting an Online Registration Form and email communication by Us, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. You confirm that you have read all of the information about the Event and you understand and accept to participate in the Event on your own free will.

2. While participating in the Event we might take photos, videos and written feedback/ experience for our use.

3. Please ensure that you take care of all your belongings like money, baggage and personal things during your participation in the Event.

4. We will not be responsible for any kind of Lost/Theft of your money, baggage and personal things during your participation in the Event.

5. In case you develop any COVID-19 symptoms during your participation, we request you to promptly inform your activity coordinator and follow the protocol, treatment and guidelines as prescribed by us.

6. Please ensure you plan your travel only upon confirmation of your participation in the Event.

7. Your participation in the Event may involve knowing certain information being given, such information as acquired shall be treated as "confidential information" and you agree not to share such information with anyone unless required by law with our prior permission.

8. For your participation in the Event it is important that you be in such a way so as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment for yourself and for others around us. Hence, we request you not to engage in any disruptive speech or behaviour.

9. Smoking, drinking alcohol or consuming any hallucinogenic or banned drug is strictly not allowed. Any contravention will force us to ask you to leave Sadhguru Sannidhi Bengaluru.

10. You agree to participate in the event with high standards and good taste, and will do nothing to cause detriment to our reputation or goodwill.

11. You agree to provide all the details and documentation as may be required for the purpose of registration for your participation in the Event.

12. You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while registering in connection with your participation for the Event. We may use your information to send details of any further volunteering opportunities that may come in future for different Programs. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.

You declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that in the event of incomplete or false information given by you, Your participation would be terminated with immediate effect and You would be asked to leave the Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru. You shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage caused due to such false information.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate as a volunteer at Isha Yoga Center, Bengaluru. 

You agree that by registering for volunteering and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.

By submitting an Online Registration Form and email communication by Us, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. You confirm that you have read all of the information about Volunteering and you understand and accept the nature of the volunteering and have given your consent on your own free will.

2. While Volunteering we might take photos, videos and written feedback/ experience for our use.  

3. Please ensure that you take care of all your belongings like money, baggage and personal things during your volunteering.

4. We will not be responsible for any kind of Lost/Theft of your money, baggage and personal things during your volunteering period. 

5. In case you develop any COVID-19 symptoms during your volunteering, we request you to promptly inform your activity coordinator and follow the protocol, treatment and guidelines as prescribed by us.  

6. You will have to bear your medical expenses that you may incur during your stay for the volunteering.

7. Please ensure you plan your travel only upon confirmation of your participation as a volunteer from us.  

8. Your activity may involve knowing certain information about us or such information as acquired shall be treated as "confidential information" and you agree not to share such information with anyone unless required by law with our prior permission. 

9. It is important while you volunteer for the Volunteering you will respect the policies and the rules that will be informed to you during your stay and volunteering.

10. As a volunteer it is important to be in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment for yourself and for others around us. Hence, we request you not to engage in any disruptive speech or behaviour.

13. You agree to provide all the details and documentation as may be required for the purpose of your registration as a volunteer. 

14.  You agree that we collect your information for the purpose of processing your interest in volunteering.  You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while registering in connection with volunteering.  We may use your information to send details of any further volunteering opportunities that may come in future for different Programs.  Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.
