Recipe:
- Chop capsicum into 1-inch cubes
- Dry-roast groundnuts, peel, and coarsely grind
- Dry-roast gram flour until aromatic
- Heat oil, add sesame seeds, dry red chillies
- Add capsicum, turmeric, salt — sauté and cover
- Mix in groundnuts and roasted besan
- Add water, red chilli powder, and jaggery
- Finish with lemon juice and fresh coriander
