Recipe:

  • Chop capsicum into 1-inch cubes
  • Dry-roast groundnuts, peel, and coarsely grind
  • Dry-roast gram flour until aromatic
  • Heat oil, add sesame seeds, dry red chillies
  • Add capsicum, turmeric, salt — sauté and cover
  • Mix in groundnuts and roasted besan
  • Add water, red chilli powder, and jaggery
  • Finish with lemon juice and fresh coriander
