The Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program began, as it does every year, on Guru Purnima. This year’s participant list includes 132 people from 27 countries. During the first-day introductions, one common theme that ran through everyone’s introduction was their intense desire to transform themselves, and also to transmit the ancient and powerful technologies of yoga to the world. Designed by Sadhguru, this training will help them achieve just that – equip them to transmit classical hatha yoga in its purest form, as it has been handed down for thousands of years. We will be following them in their intense 21-week journey with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a hatha yogi.
We are excited to announce that we will be posting a weekly video update so that you can follow the various events that are happening in the program.
