Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Shri Yogini Trust ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate in “Mahakshetra Nirmana” Grand Consecration by Sadhguru (“Event”) during Sept 28th to Oct 2nd 2026 at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru.
You agree that by registering for this Event and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.
You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.
User Registration:
a. The age limit for participating in the Event is completion of 18 years. Any person between the ages of 15 and 18 years may register and participate, provided that their parent(s) are also participating in the Event, and that the registration for such participants is completed only by their parent.
b. In order to participate in this Event, you must have completed Inner Engineering/Isha Yoga Program and have been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.
c. To register for the Event, You must provide complete and accurate details/information as asked for in the registration page.
d. Your registration for the Event will be complete only after You receive a confirmation email, confirming Your registration and participation.
d. The Event registrations are subject to availability.
e. If You are accessing the Site from outside the territory of India, then You must be of competent age to enter into a contract as per the local laws of Your location.
f. For overseas participants, participation in the Event shall be subject to the successful completion of the overseas check-in process, which shall be in addition to and independent of the participant registration process.
2. Payment:
a. The payment must be made in full, at the time of registration.
b. We accept the following mode of payments, i.e., Debit / Credit Cards, Net Banking, e-Wallets and UPI.
c. Those who register from outside India, the payment link will be shared 1st April onwards. Note - Payment will be collected only in INR
d. Payment acknowledgement will be sent after receipt of full payment.
e. Participation confirmation will be sent to those who completed all the formalities.
f. For those who have not completed the prerequisites, participation confirmation will be sent after the fulfilment of the prerequisites.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
a. All requests for cancellation and refunds shall be submitted exclusively by the person who completed the booking through their registered email address by creating a ticket at ssbconsecration.sadhguru.org. The request shall be accompanied by:
(i) a PDF copy of the payment receipt; and
(ii) a duly completed and signed Refund Request Form.
All supporting documents must be submitted along with the refund request form. No refund requests submitted through any other mode of communication shall be accepted.
b. If a valid refund request is received on or before 7 September 2026, the following deductions shall apply:
(i) 10% of the Event fee for seating categories: NAGESHWARI,SOMESHWARI,SOMESHWARI COUPLE,MAHESHWARI and MAHESHWARI COUPLE
(ii) 20% of the Event fee for seating categories: VISHWESHWARI, YONISHWARI and TRINETRINI
c. No requests for cancellation or refund shall be accepted on or after 8 September 2026, or in cases of absence or incomplete attendance of the Event.
d. The effective date for processing the refund shall be the date on which the written cancellation request is formally received along with all required supporting documents.
e. Subject to compliance with all requirements, eligible refunds shall be processed and refunded after thirty (30) days.
f. No refund shall be admissible if You are not permitted to continue the Event due to medical reasons or violation of the applicable code of conduct.
g. Refunds shall be issued only to the original mode of payment used for the transaction.
h. In the case of group bookings, only the person who completed the booking shall be entitled to request any cancellation, refund, transfer, or upgrade.
i. No refund shall be granted for not attending the Event.
j. If You discontinue or exit the Event for any reason whatsoever, such discontinuation shall be treated as a cancellation, and no refund shall be payable.
k. No cancellations or refunds shall be processed for individual members of a couple booking. Refunds and cancellations shall be considered only if the couple cancels collectively.
4. Transfer/Upgrade
a. You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Event to a family member, relative or friend anytime on or before 20th Sept. 2026 by raising a ticket for the same by the person who completed the booking through their registered email address at ssbconsecration.sadhguru.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted. The transferee shall complete the registration process online and upload the documents before 21 Sept, 2026 to receive the final confirmation mail. If not done, the participant will not be eligible to claim the refund.
b. The terms of transfer are applicable only for this Event and they cannot be transferred to any other Event/ritual.
c. No transfers will be allowed 7 days from the Event start date ie. on or after 21 Sept, 2026.
d. Once You decide to transfer Your registration and the transfer is completed, You will not be eligible for a refund. Only one time transfer is allowed. The transferee is not entitled to transfer.
5. Accommodation shall be provided strictly in accordance with the registration category selected at the time of booking, as detailed on the registration website.
6. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Websites:
a. The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that Your use of the Site services will be at Your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and Your use thereof, including, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any websites linked to this Site and We will assume no liability or responsibility for any
(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials,
(ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access to and use of the Site,
(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of Our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
(iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site,
(v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party, and/or
(vi) any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third-party through the Site, any hyperlinked website, or any website or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between You and any third-party providers of products or services. The terms and conditions provided in the third-party website would be applicable for your transactions on those websites. Your interaction with this website does not mean that the terms of the third-party website are not applicable for your transaction therein.
7. Medical Guidelines:
a. As a prerequisite to the registration process, You will have to fill the medical declaration form.
b. The Participant shall ensure that all the information provided is true and complete.
c. You must carry Your regular medications while traveling for the Event.
d. If You are suffering from chronic health problems, such as epilepsy, heart ailments, uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes, asthma, psychological problems, physical disabilities, it is mandatory that You mention such information, brief details about the current status and medication details in the medical questionnaire during the registration process.
e. In the event of a medical condition arising during Your stay at the Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru, You agree to abide by the recommendations made in Your best interests by the medical team in charge of the Event.
f. This might include taking medications, referral to a nearby hospital for further care, discontinuing or leaving the Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru.
g. You shall bear any medical expenses that You may incur during Your stay for the Event.
h. If You do not comply with the recommendations of the medical team, You may be asked to discontinue the Event.
8. Medical Declaration:
a. I agree to provide Shri Yogini Trust the full and correct details of all/any of my medical conditions. In the event of any emergency or unforeseen health-related complications, I agree to abide by the recommendations made in my best interests by the medical team of Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru. Any medical expenses incurred in this regard will be fully borne by me.
b. If I am not in a position to communicate or decide about my treatment options, the medical team at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru can decide the course of action even before my family is informed or arrives.
c. I agree to indemnify and hold Shri Yogini Trust harmless with respect to my health, ailments or recovery during my stay at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru. Shri Yogini Trust shall not be liable and does not hold any responsibility for the same.
d. I understand and acknowledge that Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru has only limited facilities for immediate healthcare and a restricted supply and limited availability of medicines. No medical shop is available in Sadhguru Sannidhi. I agree and undertake to carry, at my own responsibility, all regular medications, including any and all prescribed medicines and supplements, sufficient for the entire duration of my stay at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru.
e. I also agree that in the event of incomplete or false information given by me, I will not be allowed to participate in the Event or may be asked to discontinue even in the midst of the Event.
9. Admission: We reserve the right to allow admission into the Sadhguru Sannidhi, Bengaluru and/cancellation of Your participation at Our sole discretion.
10. Code of Conduct:
You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment while at the Event. You shall comply with the following:
a. Dress Code - Both men and women should wear clothing that covers shoulders, upper arms, midriff, and legs down to their ankles. Tight or transparent clothing should not be worn.
b. Behaviour - You are expected to uphold the sanctity, serenity, and safety of the Venue through respectful and lawful conduct at all times. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and adhere to a strict code of ethical and personal behaviour. Any act of assault, harassment (including verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual), child abuse, sexual misconduct, stalking, exploitation, or any other form of unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited. Discriminatory or offensive speech or conduct, whether explicit or implied, based on race, caste, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, or disability will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
c. Consumption - You agree not to smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drug at the Venue premises.
d. Consequences - Participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behaviour or violating any of the conditions will be asked to leave Sadhguru Sannidhi immediately, and such Participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid towards their participation for the Event.
e. If You witness such behaviour mentioned above by anyone, please promptly contact the Event Volunteers in order to take appropriate action.
f. We reserve the right to initiate legal action or follow the due process of law if You violate the code of conduct or any laws.
11. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that Your attendance and participation in the Event is voluntary. Since attending any of the sessions could involve the physical activity of learning Yoga, You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Event to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. To the extent permissible by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Event.
12. Information About You: You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information that You provide in connection with the Event, by Us. We will use Your information to send details and announcements related to the Event to You. Any personal information that You provide to Us online will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of India. We are committed to protecting Your personal information and Your right to privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies of Our Site. You agree that We may use any information that We obtain about You in accordance with the provisions of Our Privacy Policy. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information with Us.
13. Health Information: You agree to share Your health information with Us. Our Organization uses various technological and procedural security measures to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the health information that we collect. We also have implemented reasonable security measures in an effort to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Health information collected by Our Organization is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Once We obtain your data, We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely.
14. License to Use Items: In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event, You grant Us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license throughout the world and in perpetuity to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for promotional / educational purposes, all or any part of the following items ("Items"):
(a) all still photographs
(b) all audio and video recordings
(c) any testimonials in connection with the Event.
You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from You and waive any moral rights You may have in the Items.
15. Waiver of Liability:
a. Where the participant is eighteen (18) years of age or above, You hereby warrant and represent that You are competent to contract and freely and voluntarily waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft, or actions of any kind whatsoever, whether arising before, during, or after the Event, except where such expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft is caused solely by the gross negligence of Us.
b. Where the participant is a minor between the ages of fifteen (15) and eighteen (18) years, the parent who has completed the registration on behalf of the minor hereby warrants and represents that they have the legal authority to provide such consent and, on behalf of the minor and themselves, freely and voluntarily waives, releases from liability, assumes all risks, and covenants not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers on the same terms set out in clause 15.1 above.
c. This Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon the participant, the parent or legal guardian (where applicable), and their respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and is knowingly and voluntarily given at the time of registration.
16. Force Majeure: In the event that it is made impossible or impracticable or illegal for Us to proceed with or carry out this Event in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond Our reasonable control, and as a result thereof, We may delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel this Event, We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Participant.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
a. If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail.
b. Any and all controversy(ies) / disputes) / difference(s)/ claim(s) / claim(s) in tort arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this Terms and Conditions, including its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration of sole Arbitrator nominated by the Council for National and International Commercial Arbitration (CNICA), having its registered office at Unit No.208, Raheja Towers, No:113-134, Anna Salai, Chennai 600002 as per CNICA Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Rules and conducted under online platform www.cnica-odr.com. The arbitration must follow the ODR process and CNICA-ODR Rules shall prevail. All matters in the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
c. The place of arbitration shall be Chennai and the language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on both Parties to the Agreement.
d. Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
e. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
18. Limitations of Liability: In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the cost of the Event.
19. Indemnification:
a. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation in the Event and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
b. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
20. Miscellaneous:
a. The Terms & Conditions listed herein are subject to change from time to time. Any modifications to the "Terms & Conditions" will be posted on the Site and shall be notified to You through email. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You.
b. The Event is subject to changes as per the directions issued by the Government and the local health authorities from time to time.
c. You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part, which may result in the termination of Your access to the Site and/or participation in the Event.
d. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions or use of the Site.
e. You agree that these Terms & Conditions will not be construed against Us by virtue of having drafted them.
