being Ekadashi, we at Isha blog want to introduce a special event at the Yoga Center. Every two weeks on Ekadashi, the residents of Isha Yoga Center gather to take part in a process known as Prithvi Prema Seva – expressing our love for the planet through conscious activity.

Sadhguru has mentioned that it is beneficial to spend time working with the earth whenever possible, for example through gardening or planting trees.
