Creating a Joyful Education

If learning something new is a joy, asks Sadhguru, why is schooling such a pain? He explains that we have not looked carefully enough at how we are delivering education. In order to create schools that children are excited to attend, first the adults must be schooled!

Speaking at the Global Education and Skills Conference in UAE, Sadhguru discusses the key areas of education, economics and spirituality, and how each has become a divisive process in today’s society. Rather than viewing education as a method of feeding industry, he says, education should become a process where seeking is encouraged.

Sadhguru invites us to reexamine the conventional system of education and come to a more holistic approach.
