Mental Resilience for Veterans

Tools for clarity, steadiness, and inner stability.

You were trained to stay effective under pressure — with discipline, structure, and responsibility. What often gets overlooked is inner balance and stability: the ability to remain balanced and clear, no matter what is happening around you.

This is an invitation to explore practical tools of transformation from the yogic sciences to take charge of your body, mind, emotions and energy — establishing a foundation of health, exuberance, leading to a joyful and fulfilling life.

Two ways to begin: a free daily meditation app, or sponsored access to Inner Engineering for U.S. veterans.

Sadhguru on the Shawn Ryan Podcast

Sadhguru recently sat down with former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan for an honest, in-depth conversation about veterans, what they carry home, and what it takes to live well. Coming from a host who has lived that world, it lands with a weight most discussions of this kind never reach.

This conversation is worth your time, and stays with you long after it ends.

For every U.S. veteran ready to take their mental wellbeing into their own hands, Sadhguru is offering Inner Engineering, his flagship program for inner transformation, free on completion.

Isha Day for Veterans — September 12

In person · Tennessee

Join us at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences for a day honoring those who have served. Intentionally aligned with Patriots Day, September 12 brings together veterans, families, and the Isha community for a day of connection, relaxation, and exploration.

The day begins with optional morning activities — a nature hike, campus tour, or introductory yoga — followed by a community luncheon held in honor of our veterans. The afternoon concludes with a short program featuring a brief welcome, shared reflections, and an introduction to the practices Isha offers: time-tested tools for managing stress, improving sleep, cultivating inner calm, and building resilience from within. These are powerful practices that have already made a meaningful impact in the lives of thousands of veterans nationwide.

Families are welcome. Transportation assistance is available. No prior experience is needed. This is simply an open door — and a sincere thank you to those who have given so much.
