Priority Deposit Application Requirement: To move forward with an application for Isha Kamala, you will first be required to make a refundable $10,000 Priority Deposit. You can request a refund, minus a processing fee of $35, of the $10,000 Priority Deposit at any time before being allocated a lot. The Priority Deposit can also be made if you are not yet ready to apply but wish to hold a place in the queue for when you do submit your application.

Step 1: Submit Kamala Application Form: Once a Priority Deposit is made, you can begin the application process by completing and submitting the Enclave application form.

Step 2: Approval Notification: Once your application is processed, you will receive an email to let you know if your application has been approved.

Step 3: Agreement Signature and Payment: Once your application is approved, you will be given instructions for making the initial payment and signing the agreement.

Step 4: Lot Selection: Once Isha receives the required forms and payment, you will be eligible to choose a specific lot. As new lots are released they will be offered to approved applicants based on their Priority Deposit date.
