Ayush Kriya supports overall health and wellbeing. The process includes Klesha Nashana Kriya, a cleansing process for the energy body, and Loha Arpanam, an offering of precious metal (gold, silver, or copper). Ayush Kriya is often conducted to celebrate a birthday, wedding anniversary, or other significant milestone in the Grace of Adiyogi.
Family Celebrations
A larger celebration in honor of your special occasion can be arranged for your family, friends, or the whole ashram. Group celebrations can include annadhanam—a special meal and/or prasadam (sweet) offered at the Abode and served in the ashram dining. An additional donation is required for group celebrations. Please inquire with the main office for details.
I had experienced Klesha Nashana Kriya before, and I knew how still, peaceful and meditative that process makes me feel so I knew that I would deeply enjoy it for many hours after. By trying this, within a few months, I was feeling much better and was able to go off of longtime thyroid medication I had been taking without feeling much better for many years. Since then, I have been participating in Ayush Kriya annually. I especially enjoy the offering to Devi of sweets which leaves me feeling so sweet and nurtured inside. It feels like a mother's hug.
Since this process included Klesha Nashana Kriya, I thought it would be very similar to aura cleansing. While that was a part of it, I was completely blown away by the rest of the process. My husband and I did this process for our anniversary and we have both felt that it has created a harmony within us and in our relationship.
This was the best birthday present ever! Through the day I felt very happy and peaceful and it felt like a true celebration.
Ayush Kriya in my experience has been one of my absolute favorite processes in the Abode. I have enjoyed the Aura cleansing process and can feel the lightness in the body every time the process happens. The rest of the process is very sweet and intimate in my experience. I could feel distinctly different after the process, with lightness in the body and just overall pleasantness. I felt very sweet and gentle for many days after the process. It was a very pleasant, beautiful, and transforming process that I continue to do every chance I get or when I feel like I need a little push towards a state of blissfulness and a shower of grace.
