Participant Experiences
“Naga Snanam, Nandi Abhyanga, music and dancing on Amavasya — it was just perfect and extremely well organized. I am motivated to volunteer again.”
“I can distinctly feel an upsurge in my energy levels when I am in the presence of Naga. It always feels as if some grace is guiding us. When I touched Naga for the first time, I felt it vibrating in a certain way. What Sadhguru has created for our wellbeing is beyond logical understanding.”
“Chanting in the shrine helped me live in the present moment. I was able to respond to people consciously, push my comfort zone, wake up early, break my habit of overeating, reduce mobile addiction, and stop the compulsion to talk.”
“Naga is truly a doorway to many possibilities. Simply being in that sacred space kept me grounded all day. By the end, I realized it was not an ending but a real beginning. Finally, from wandering to volunteering!”
“One-day silence and Bhakti Sadhana sessions were a profound experience for me. I found myself naturally more involved in seva, without any sense of effort. After Naga Seva, my sadhana has become much more effortless, and my mind feels calm. I am genuinely joyful!”
