The Mystic Eye event will be held at The Plaza, Pulchowk–Dhobighat Road, Lalitpur, Nepal.
For participants within Nepal:
The venue is centrally located in Lalitpur and can be reached by private vehicle, taxi, ride-sharing services, or public transportation.
If you are using a navigation app, search for "The Plaza, Pulchowk" to find the exact location.
Please plan your journey in advance and allow extra travel time to account for traffic and parking arrangements.
For international participants:
If you are arriving by air, you will land at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu.
The venue is approximately 7–10 km from the airport and can be reached by taxi or ride sharing services (Pathao, InDrive, Yango etc).

No, this is an in-person event. A livestream will not be available.
Yes, participants from outside Nepal are also welcome, as the event is open to individuals from all countries. However, the event will be offered in English only, and translation in other languages will not be available.

Please note that latecomers will not be permitted entry. To receive the event in the best possible way, it is highly recommended that you be seated quietly inside the hall at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
As a large number of people will be attending, please plan to arrive at the venue at least 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time (i.e., by 3:30 PM NPT) to allow sufficient time to complete the event check-in formalities and be seated inside the hall on time.
