Inner Engineering is a necessary preparation to attend Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment with Sadhguru.

Inner Engineering is offered in two formats: In Person and Online. Please select your preferred format below. The prices below are package prices (Inner Engineering plus Ecstasy of Enlightenment).

There are seven steps in the Online Engineering Program. Steps 1 -6 can be done at your own pace. Step 7 is scheduled online on weekends.

Venue Details

Located in the urban heart of San Francisco's SoMa district, The Moscone Center is easily accessible by transit. BART offers fast, convenient regional service and MUNI Metro provides light rail service throughout the City. Caltrain offers a frequent schedule into the nearby station at 4th & Townsend Streets. Ferries offer transport between San Francisco and cities located across the San Francisco Bay's waters.

Program Registration

Are there any prerequisites to participate in the program?

Completion of Inner Engineering, which includes receiving the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, is a prerequisite to attend this program.

Anyone above 15 years of age can register. If you have not completed Inner Engineering, you can choose the package registration to sign up for the ‘Inner Engineering Online’ or ‘Inner Engineering In-person’ program for a reduced fee as well as ‘Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment’ program with Sadhguru on on November 2nd in San Francisco.

Can those not residing in San Francisco register and participate in this program?

Yes, the program is open to everyone who meets the prerequisites regardless of the location. Please book your flight tickets only after you have successfully registered and received your e-receipt. Please manage any visa and travel requirements, including having a valid passport.

What time does the program start and end?

The program starts at 1:00 pm PT and ends at 10:00 pm PT. We recommend arriving at least 2 hours ahead of the program start time to allow sufficient time for check-in and seating.

Note: Daylight Saving Time ends on November 2nd - clocks fall back one hour, so please account for the time change when planning.

Program Information

Will translation be available for the program?

No, the program is available only in English.

Is there any dress code for this program?

While there is no dress code, we suggest wearing loose, comfortable attire. Please consider bringing a cushion or yoga mat for floor seating.

Is there any provision for childcare?

Anyone above 15 years of age can participate in the program. Childcare is not available during the program.

Can I bring my children and leave them in the hallway or somewhere in the venue premises?

Childcare services will not be provided at the event. Please do not leave children unattended. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can immerse yourself fully in the program without any distractions.

Can I bring my bag/luggage along?

Cloakroom facilities are not available at the venue. There is no provision for storage inside the hall where the program will take place. Please note that you can only bring a small personal item and no other luggage will be permissible in the hall due to security considerations.

Are we allowed to take photos/videos during the program?

Taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.

Accommodation, Transportation & Food

Is accommodation available in or around the premises?

Overnight accommodation at the venue is not available. However, there are numerous hotel and Airbnb options very close to the venue.

Will meals be provided during the program?

One light nutritious vegetarian meal will be provided during the program. The meal has been created with Sadhguru’s guidance to receive the most out of this unique program. Please have your brunch before coming to the program. If you have specific dietary requirements, kindly indicate in the pre check in form that will be mailed to you closer to the program date.
