No. Registrations will close based on the availability of seats, and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
No, this is an in-person program. A livestream will not be available.
As this is an experiential program with Sadhguru, punctuality is critical to experience it in its entirety. We urge you to arrange your travel and arrival to afford yourself ample time for full participation.
Please note that late arrivals will not be allowed entry to avoid disrupting other participants and will not be eligible for a refund.
We recommend arriving 2 hours before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and to be seated in time for the commencement of the program.
No. The program will only be available in English.
Although there is no specific dress code, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
No, childcare will not be available during the program.
It would be best to come with as little luggage as possible, as there is no allotted space for storage.
Please note that carrying food inside the venue is not allowed. Simple, healthy food suitable for the program will be provided. There will be water stations available throughout the venue. However, we request that you bring your own water bottle.
No, taking photos and videos inside the program hall is not permitted.
Although it is not mandatory, you may bring a small seating cushion or a meditation mat for you to sit comfortably through the program.
Yes, chairs will be provided if you have difficulty sitting on the floor. When you reach your seating bay, please request a chair from one of the volunteers.
Accommodation is not available at the venue. We request you to plan your own stay.
There are a number of hotels, hostels and homestay options close to the venue. Please ensure that you complete your registration for the program before booking accommodation.
Simple, healthy food suitable for the program will be served during the day. Water filling stations will be available throughout the program venue. Please do not bring any food items with you. However, we request that you bring your own water bottle.
