Only the brass Yantra is offered in North America.
Sadhguru Sannidhi is a brass yantra bearing an impression of Sadhguru's feet – it is called a ”pada yantra”. The kit includes the brass Sannidhi Pada Yantra (21” long x 14” deep x 2.25” high). (The long edge of the yantra faces forward); a framed image of Sadhguru (21” wide x 21” high), a white shawl, a brass oil lamp, copper bowl), and a brass Sannidhi Guru Pooja set. The Yantra is very light in weight, weighing less than five pounds.
It is best to keep a separate room or a dedicated space for the Sannidhi Sadhana where you can do your morning Sadhana as well.
If there are space constraints, you can create a Sannidhi Sadhana space in your living room or reception, provided there is no eating, drinking or sleeping within 10 feet of the Sannidhi Sadhana space.
If one cannot meet these conditions, you can create a small Sannidhi shrine, like an enclosure with a partition. Other instructions will be provided in detail during the program.
Yes. It is beneficial for you and others to do practices in the powerful Sannidhi Sadhana space.
Only move your Sadhana Space when it is absolutely needed. Before creating the Sannidhi Sadhana space in your new home or office, please decide beforehand where you want to create it.
The Sannidhi lamp and dhoopam (incense) should be lit twice daily, in the morning at 6:15 am and again in the evening at 6:15 pm.
Sannidhi Sadhana must be done every Monday, Amavasya (New Moon) and Purnima (Full Moon) during Sadhguru Presence time (6:15 PM - 6:40 PM).
Amavasya and Purnima are done following Isha USA Calendar
In case Monday is not convenient due to office timings or other unavoidable circumstances, the Sannidhi Sadhana can be done on the preceding Sunday.
If you are out of station for a long duration, please ensure that another family member or Isha meditator, who is trained for the Sannidhi Sadhana does the necessary processes in your absence. This involves daily care (lighting the lamp and offering incense and flowers everyday). As a last resort, you can cover the Sannidhi with a white cotton cloth.
Only meditators who have gone through the Guru Pooja program with Isha and have learned the Sannidhi process can conduct the Sannidhi Process on Mondays, Sundays, Amavasya, and Purnima. Others can light the lamp and offer flowers or fruit.
It is very important that the Sannidhi Sadhana happens without fail on every Monday, Amavasya (New Moon) and Purnima (Full Moon) during Sadhguru Presence time (6:15 PM - 6:40 PM).
In case Monday is not convenient due to office timings or other unavoidable circumstances, the Sannidhi Sadhana can be done on the preceding Sunday.
It is better for some of your family members to learn the Sannidhi Sadhana if they are willing so that the Sadhana can be continued in your absence.
If you cannot offer this commitment, then we suggest that you wait and register for the program at a later time when you are able to commit yourself.
