You can do the following simple but powerful sadhana every day:

  • Light a ghee or sesame oil lamp.
  • Sit in either Ardha Siddhasana or a cross-legged posture. Place your hands on your thighs with palms facing upward and eyes closed.
  • Chant "Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya" 12 times. 
  • Continue to sit with your eyes closed and face slightly upturned for 5 minutes.
