Terms and Conditions for Content Creators

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration as a content creator to create content aimed towards promotion of human consciousness at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.

By submitting an Online Registration Form and email communication by Us, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

You understand that while you will be allowed to shoot at the Isha Yoga Centre however there shall be specified places where the shooting will be restricted.
Please ensure that you take care of all your belongings like money, baggage and personal things during your stay.
Please ensure you plan your travel only upon confirmation of your registration from us.
You agree that if You want to publish the content in collaboration with Our official channel, it shall be reviewed by Us before it is published.
It is important that while you are creating content at the Isha Yoga Centre, you will respect the policies and the rules of the Isha Yoga Centre that will be informed to you during your stay at the Isha Yoga Centre.
You agree that Your content shall not misrepresent Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, Isha Foundation, or its volunteers or Sadhguru in any manner.
We reserve the right to ask you edit the content if We find that it is inaccurate or misinformed and You shall be obligated to comply to such requests as and when made
You agree that content will be genuine and truthful and will not infringe the copyright or any other right of any third party or breach any contract or duty of confidence, data protection law or the official secrets act or other legislation relating to national security, constitute a contempt of court or be obscene, defamatory or blasphemous.
You understand and agree that in the event any content is shared by Us with You then it is protected by the intellectual property rights laws and other applicable laws. You understand and agree that no title or intellectual property rights in the Content is transferred to You by virtue of allowing you to shoot at Isha Yoga Center and create content. You will at all times in all your content give credits to Isha Foundation.
You agree that any trademarks, service marks, design marks, logos and/or trade dress included in the content is subject to the rights of the exclusive owners of such marks and/or trade dress.
You agree that Your content shall not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or any other right of any person (whether living or dead), firm or corporation (including any intellectual property rights), nor violate any rights under any applicable laws.You understand and agree that We will not be liable to You or third party for any direct and actual liabilities, costs, losses, damages, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred due to resulting claims for breach of intellectual property of third party.
As a content creator it is important to be in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment for yourself and for others around us. Hence, we request you not to engage in any disruptive speech or behaviour.
Smoking, drinking alcohol or consuming any hallucinogenic or banned drug is strictly not allowed. Any contravention will force us to ask you to leave Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.
You agree to create content with high standards and good taste, and will do nothing to cause detriment to our reputation or goodwill.
You agree to provide all the details and documentation as may be required for the purpose of your registration as a content creator.
In the event of a "Force Majeure Event," which includes, but is not limited to, governmental restrictions, riots, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters such as earthquakes, tempests, floods, lightning, or acts of God, we reserve the right to cancel Your registration.
You will be informed if Your registration is canceled, and you must adjust your travel plans in light of that information.
We will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, of whatever nature, you may incur as a result of the cancellation of Your registration.
You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while registering as a content creator. We may use your information to send details of any Events at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.
In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of the breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions

You declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that in case of incomplete or false information given by you, You shall be prevented from creating any content at Isha Yoga Center and You would be asked to leave the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore. You shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage caused due to such false information.
