"It is very important that early in life, a child gets exposed to the right things, things that work from within because arrangements we make in the world around us can only be managed to a certain extent." - Sadhguru

This session offers a variety of practices for a child's psychological, physical and overall wellbeing. Thoppukaramnam in particular is beneficial for children, especially those with disabilities like autism, dyslexia, ADD and adults with Alzheimer's disease.

This session includes

Thoppukaramnam - Balances the right and left sides of the brain, and at the same time exercises the body

Nadi Shuddhi - A Yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing

AUM chanting - A powerful mantra that can activate and energize the various sections of the body, bringing peace and balance to the system
