Training sessions will prepare you to introduce Inner Engineering to people in different scenarios, both to 
friends and family or in group settings.


Training sessions will include:


● Learn how to effectively articulate and share your own experience.


● Receive a kit of creatives, audio and video content from Sadhguru's talks of Inner Engineering that can be easily
 shared.


● Become acquainted with scientific research about the benefits of Inner Engineering practices and how to make it relatable to others.

The only prerequisite is to have completed Inner Engineering Online or any other Inner Engineering program.
