Sadhana Guidelines:

  • The sadhana can be done for 7 or 3 days.

  • For the period of the sadhana, tie a red cloth above the elbow (on the left for ladies, and on the right for gents). The cloth should be made of natural fabric, such as cotton, and be long enough to go around one's arm twice, with a minimum length of 12 inches and a width of ¾ inch.

  • The sadhana can be done in the morning or evening.

  • Apply kumkum between the eyebrows while doing the sadhana.

  • Light a lamp sit in front of it while doing the sadhana.

  • Chant “Naga Naga Nagendraya” once a day for 12 minutes. The chant is available on YouTube.

  • Place a handful of sesame seeds on a red cloth daily in front of the lamp after chanting.

Sadhana Culmination:

The Sadhana must be culminated in person at the Naga Shrine in Sadhguru Sannidhi Bengaluru on 29 July 2025, anytime between 6 AM to 4 PM.

Culmination Details:

  • Bring the sesame seeds offered during the sadhana period and one coconut covered with red cotton cloth with you.

  • Chant “Naga Naga Nagendraya” for 12 minutes in front of Naga. 

  • Break the coconut in front of Naga.

  • Offer sesame seeds at Naga.

  • Remove the red cloth from your arm and tie it to one of the trishuls (tridents) around Adiyogi.
