These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for gift registration  for Inner Engineering 7 Steps with Sadhguru (Online) (“Program”). 

By submitting an Online Registration Form and email communication by Us, You confirm that  You acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. You agree to provide all the details and documentation as may be required for the purpose of gift  registration.

2.  The payment must be made in full before the commencement of the Program. We accept the following mode of payments, i.e., Debit / Credit Cards, Net Banking, e-Wallets and UPI and Bank Transfer

3. Upon gift registration You will receive a gift coupon, the validity of which is only for a period of one year  The recipient of the gift coupon has to ensure that he/she redeems it within 1 year from the date of purchase of the gift registration.

4.  There will not be any refund under any circumstances.

5. Gift coupon can only be redeemed by a recipient in India

6. Once a coupon is redeemed it cannot be transferred to any other person and any other program.

7. Gift coupon purchased cannot be used for any other program except for the Inner Engineering 7 Steps with Sadhguru ( Online ) program. 

8. The Program language which was chosen at the time of purchase of gift coupon cannot be changed by the recipient of the gift coupon while redeeming it.  Hence, it is important that you choose the language of the program wisely. 

9. In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while gift registration  in connection with the purchase of a gift coupon.  We may use your information to send details of any future Programs.  Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.

11. You understand that by purchase of a gift coupon, it is not a guarantee that the recipient  will be allowed to participate in the Program. The recipient will have to register for the program in order to redeem the gift coupon. 

12. You declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that in case of incomplete or false information given by you, Your gift coupon would be canceled with immediate effect. You shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage to You for cancellation of your gift registration.
