Isha Health Solutions Center is located in the rich and tranquil environs of the Isha Yoga Center, at the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains. These mountains are referred to as the Kailash of the South – they have a powerful spiritual reverberation and also possess a natural beauty that is breathtaking. The Isha Yoga Center is a consecrated space and home to the Dhyanalinga, a unique meditative space that embodies the distilled essence of yogic sciences. The energies of the Dhyanalinga create an atmosphere that supports and catalyzes the rejuvenation process in the human system. Simply being in this space has profound transformative effects. To help you become more available to the space, every program incorporates a unique series of ancient Indian practices, including yoga, and are carefully tailored and sequenced to bring vibrancy and balance to your life energies. These powerful tools can be easily practiced at home and help you optimize health, vitality, mental clarity and emotional balance. In turn, this gives you a platform to easily handle the hectic pace of modern life, fulfill your potential and experience life to the fullest.
The yogic science is fundamentally rooted in Bhuta Shuddhi, which means the cleansing of the five elements in the human system. This elemental cleansing lays the foundation for overall health and well-being and restores the system to the way nature intended it to be. At Isha Health Solutions, Bhuta Shuddhi is incorporated into every aspect of our programs, which opens up new dimensions within the body and mind, giving you a stable platform to work towards an alternative, holistic and healthier way of living.
Every program is therapeutic and is based on medical consultations with a team of highly competent doctors who are guided by Sadhguru and trained in Siddha, Ayurveda and Allopathic medicine. This gives them a unique perspective on holistic health and a deeper understanding of the human system. We also have a range of traditional Siddha and Ayurveda medicines that revitalize the system and promote overall well-being. Every program includes a set of meticulously designed Ayurvedic therapies which help to detoxify the body and relax the mind. The therapies are administered by a team of Ayurvedic therapists who are skilled in traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques. They also practice yogic methods which enhances their abilities in a tremendous way. We carefully source only the finest natural ingredients for both our medicines and therapies.
During the programs, you can enjoy a delectable cuisine loaded with local seasonal fruit and vegetables and a variety of nutritious whole grains, subtle spices, tropical salads, herbal teas and tonics, fresh juices and delicious Indian snacks and savories. Each meal is a medley of pure flavors, textures and aromas, rather than the assault on our taste buds that most of us are used to.
The programs also include dietary and lifestyle recommendations on a variety of topics, including how to eat, sit, stand, bathe and breathe, which may seem very simple but have a profound impact on your approach to life and well-being. During the program, you can also participate in the daily Nadha Aradhana, which is a profound offering of sounds at the Dhyanalinga. Other events such as Pancha Bhuta Aradhana, Purnima Pooja and Linga Snanam may fall on program days and you are welcome to attend.
Come – relax, renew, revive and rejuvenate…
