These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration as a visitor to Isha Samskriti. 

You agree that by registering as a visitor and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue its use immediately.

You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.

By submitting an Online Registration Form and email communication by Us, you confirm that   you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Please ensure that You take care of all your belongings like money, baggage and personal things during Your visit. We will not be responsible for any kind of Lost/Theft of Your money, baggage and personal things during Your visit. 

2. Please ensure You plan Your travel only upon confirmation of Your registration from us.  

3. You agree not to take photographs in the expressly prohibited areas of Isha Samskriti and also the premises of Isha Yoga Center where Isha Samskriti is located.

4. Isha Samskriti is located in the premises of Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. Hence, it is important that You follow the guidelines of the Ashram while visiting Isha Samskriti so as to maintain the sanctity of the spiritual space. 

5. As a visitor, it is important to be in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment for yourself and for others around us. Hence, we request You not to engage in any disruptive speech or behaviour.  

6. Smoking, drinking alcohol or consuming any hallucinogenic or banned drug is strictly not allowed. Any contravention will force us to ask you to leave the premises of Isha Samskriti as well as that of Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

7. You agree to provide all the details and documentation as may be required for the purpose of your registration as a visitor. 

8. In the event of a "Force Majeure Event," which includes, but is not limited to, governmental restrictions, riots, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters such as earthquakes, tempests, floods, lightning, or acts of God, we reserve the right to cancel Your registration. In the event if there is any restriction from the government for travel during your visit at Isha Yoga Center, you agree to follow all the guidelines issued by Isha Yoga Center from time to time. You will be informed if Your registration is canceled, and You must adjust your travel plans in light of that information.

9. We will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, of whatever nature, You may incur as a result of the cancellation of Your registration.

10.  You give your consent to us for the collection and use of your personal information that you have provided to us while registering as a visitor. We may use your information to send details of any Programs/Events at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.  Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information.

11. In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited.  

12. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of the breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

13. In the event of any dispute between the Parties the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it. 

15.  If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions

17. You declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of your knowledge. You also agree that in case of incomplete or false information given by you,  You would be asked to leave the Isha Samskriti. You shall not hold Isha Foundation responsible for any loss or damage caused due to such false information.
